I was helped by Jamie and Rosie to get building and contents insurance. Both very patient and helpful. Explained things well and were not pushy on products or anything similar. I would recommend. Thank you.

I was quite stressed when my landlord insurance policy was suddenly cancelled due to an unexpected change in the insurer's criteria. Fortunately, Becky handled my case and was incredibly helpful and efficient in arranging a new policy for me.
As I prefer communicating via email, Becky was very accommodating and understanding. She explained everything clearly, sent over the necessary documents, and even quickly fixed an issue on the customer portal so I could easily make my payment online. She also seamlessly handled the cancellation and refund of my old policy.
Thank you, Becky, for making a stressful and confusing situation so much easier to deal with. Highly recommended!

If your policy was arranged recently, it’s possible the documents were not issued until Monday and may still be on their way to you. They should be with you shortly, I have arranged for Charlie to give you a call in a few days to make sure the documents have arrived and that everything is in order.

I cannot recommend First2Protect enough! I'm a first time buyer and have been instructed to get a quote for home insurance, my mortgage broker reaches out to First2Protect this morning with my available time to speak. It was very last minute but they called me. Jamie W was absolutely fantastic. He fully understood that I was new to this and offered me the support I needed. He was very patient and took his time to explain everything in detail to me so that I felt comfortable and assured with my policy and next steps. As someone who is neurodivergent and struggles to follow instruction, he explained everything perfectly. Thank you making this process so easy
