I am writing this feedback to express how grateful I am for the services you provide and to say a huge thank you to the team for all the help you have given me with my application.

Unfortunately, I have suffered a severe traumatic brain injury in May 2020 which has put me off work for an extended period of time.

I have joined FB4J with a membership which provided me with extremely valuable support and help with my PIP claim. Firstly I would like to thank Syd enormously for her professionalism and help with my application. Syd came across incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and her advice in regards to my PIP application made it a success.

Without a doubt she has helped me feel much more comfortable regarding the process and the next steps. The success of my application brings a tremendous amount of positives to my wellbeing and financial support.

I can not thank the team at Fightback4justice enough in helping me with my daughters pip . My daughter has a genetic disorder that causes her seizures as well as other disabilities and for years all pip have concentrated on is when her last seizure was ignoring her other disabilities . I have experienced going to tribunal on my own to fight her case which was exhausting when your caring for family members with needs full time. My daughters latest pip review came up early this year and we lost most points leaving us with loosing her PIP , which was so upsetting as we know the support and help we give daily. I Contacted Fightback4Justice as I was so deflated and they did my MR on my behalf this got rejected and I did think was it worth paying Fightback4Justice to do my Tribunal papers but my better judgement kicked in and I contacted the team to submit the papers . Fightback4Justice submitted our papers and I started to work on the evidence needed for the tribunal. Three weeks later I received a phone call from the DWP asking me three basic questions , the following day DWP called me back with an offer of enhanced care and standard mobility, I was thrilled and relieved that finally my daughters genetic condition was recognised along with the care she required . We went from standard care only to Enhanced care and standard mobility with out going to tribunal. Thank you Fightback4Justice team, you truly are amazing and I will definitely be using you when the next review comes up in five years , your amazon gift card is on its way to you and again thank you from an exhausted parent who only wants what her daughter deserves .

Fantastic service! Great knowledge and ready to help no matter what the question. At a time I was at my lowest, so ill that I couldn’t think straight and so anxious that I couldn’t speak, these wonderful people helped me apply and complete my ESA claim and capability form. Syd helped me complete the form and was very sensitive to my needs and patient with me throughout. I have now been awarded ESA and been placed in the Support Group. I cannot tell you what a relief this is! It’s a cliché but I can now concentrate on my health instead of worrying about benefits & money troubles. I highly recommend this very talented (and experienced group of people to help you.

Amazing people who help make the biggest of changes to a persons life. I would highly recommend this charity to everyone that requires support in applying/appealing benefit awards. They truly have made what I thought was impossible possible!

Desperately need help from anyone who has successfully appealed for Pip from DWP I know with the right support I can get this lady her rightful benefit, which she has been cheated out of since losing her DLA.
DRS, LOCAL AUTHORITY, DWP, ALL MINIMISED her struggles. It is disability discrimination at its worst and I hate that Ive put this poor lady with learning disabilities through a barbaric and totally unjust system that I naively thought she couldnt lose. I should have known after the way my authority have treated me, fights currently being overseen by my MP Daniel Zeichner, watch this space!
This is Cambridge where it seems those with additional needs of any kind have to suffer services that are in ' needs improvement' zone, INADEQUATE, but the blame stays with the DWP. Is it any different anywhere else? Ive spent hours and hours preparing her for this, taken time away from my family, including my daughters birthday. This lady scored 0 IN 2018 and 2 this time, yet she had DLA before and her learning disability has not gone away. its become more challenging with age...the records alone dont match that score, nor does her 2 hr assessment that was 2.5 hrs delayed awaiting a response to the complaint.
She never had a chance the decision was made before we said a word. A lady never having done any mainstream education and been on the epilepsy medication tegratol since birth, which has clearly fried her brain as her memory is so poor and she's tired all the time.
Perhaps by my complaint it meant she had to be punished for the fact I dared to ' fight back' for her. I fear it would have been the same outcome either way to be honest. Who are these cruel heartless people, who could do a job like that? Perhaps there is a bonus system for the person who fails the most in a day! I am glad to say id rather starve than have to damage peoples lives in this way, which is probably the retaliation I will now face for ' speaking out' This is not failing someone for their 3 point turn, you are failing them to a level that means their livelihood is hell on earth. I cry every day, on the days im not angry, this is Britain, this is nothing to be proud of , this is barbaric and I want out! Ive never felt more ashamed in my life but know really that shame is not mine. I may have failed her by believing the system would at least be fair, but the real brutal failings lay with the government.
Tips on appeals would be very grateful although I know so many of you have told me they offer just more heartache... If I find the answer I will share! Love and peace to you all. x

After spending a small fortune and chloe doing my forms I ended getting CAB to do my MR. They were absolutely disgusted that I'd been charged for the shody work! Barely anything in the boxes and just rudeness throughout the call. You're much better going to Citizens Advice Bureau where they will sit with you and write it all out, with no charge!

Fantastic news I stayed the same standard daily living which I’m happy about and got standard mobility change of circumstances with the help of lucy from fightback over the moon with this I would definitely recommend fightback for justice thanks so much xxx

I have been signed up to their VIP service since 2018 and paying £12 per month. Part from emailing them once I never used there serve but wanted it there in case I needed help. I recently found myself with a benefit issue caused by my partner being of state pension age and being left for several months with no money as no pension received. I found Fightback to be very aggressive. I was trying to explain the situation over the phone as its complex and I was interrupted and told to "stop going round the house's I have autism and using the phone difficult. Despite being signed up to there so called VIP service it took far more than a few days to receive a reply to an email. More like a fortnight. It would appear now that they have given me incorrect advice when I asked the about premiums. They said I wasn't entitled to one and gave me a doom laden prediction to instill fear in me with no offer of help. I rang them today and the person I spoke to had no clue what my issue was saying " we dont deal in pensions" whereas the benefit in question was ESA. I said I had joined the VIP service five years ago and the person said "we just provide a self help toolkit". I don't think the people working there no much about benefits. When I asked them for help with PIP they were no help. Their service is not free. They charge a lot to assist someone. If you have mental health problems/autism they are very bullish and aggresive. You only need to search Google reviews to see how they respond to people who have written about their negative experience. To top it all they have just cancelled my subscription without me asking them to I had just paid for the month so I have lost that. However after five years of paying £12 per month VIP service I am clearly the fool as I have wasted money for nothing.

Absolutely awful. I have never applied for benefits before. I am young and vulnerable, if I did not have my friend there this would of sent me over the edge. I was looking for help and guidance.I was met by an awfully rude women called Sonya. I have learning difficulties and Sonya proceeded to keep invalidating my experience and talking down to me, causing me to be overstimulated, bursting out crying and shouting. Over the course of the phone call my friend could hear how I was being spoken to and she was gobsmacked and how rude Sonya was.
She kept on asking me questions that I had answered in a previous email, it’s clear the workers don’t communicate with one another and blindly talk to someone without knowing all of the information.
Instead of the company reaching out to me asking why it got to that extent, I was emailed telling me how I have acted out of line. Showing me how they don’t actually care for helping their customers just blindly following an awful person like Sonya.
I am shocked they would have someone working for them that blatantly does not know how to talk to vulnerable people. Or people in general as she was extremely rude. Will not be recommending them to anyone. Stay clear.

Unfortunately, have to give one star. I went with this organisation based on their excellent review. I applied for help with pip and lcwra. Amy, filled my UC50 and missed important information about my physical health. Karen who was on a line with me didn't add anything at the end, kept calling me the wrong name and gave me an absolutely useless prep call. I was awarded lcw. I did Mr and won! Beforehand I received a report for lcw. I rang and asked to clarify the decision. I was told to get the report sent by Amanda and they will tell me what I am awarded. Surprise - they never did!
I applied for pip, for which I am awaiting tribunal. My mr done by Chloe Got rejected and I am not surprised. I found it very weak. I was trying to advise her that I wanted to put more information in and make it stronger, but the impression I got was- there was no need and I felt I couldn't win the battle! Recently, I asked them to give me any indication whether I will be getting anything at all as they say they review the file constantly. I am running on anxiety, feel broken and unable to sleep. I have signed for their VIP membership at some point, which was useless! Their stuff just kept refering me between themselves unable to answer the questions I asked. Overall I paid them loads of money and feel that I received a poor service so far. I always felt awkward talking to them and at times intimidated.
recently I asked if I had a chance of winning. They said,they will advise me after a legal submission is done if I have a chance to win- which is absurdness. After paying loads of money and more money what good will it make to tell me 2 weeks before my tribunal, that I will loose. I don't think they are good at understanding mh and domestic issues.
I am just glad it's nearly finally over- I don't hold a candle, that I win but will wait to see if they can help me!

I used their VIP service as I'm autistic and found it helpful.
Didn't get the right points and tried again with the review but didn't get that so went to tribunal but paid their service fee and before even getting to tribunal they managed to get me the full 12 points whereas previously I'd gotten 0.

I did get a substantial amount from DWP but didn't get hassled for a donation, I received an automatic email once my claim came through but that was it.

Really helpful and very straightforward.
Didn't mess around and told me exactly what was needed and exactly how to get it.
Even helped me get some additional help from my GP and told me about different clinics I should be with as a result of my disability.

Will use them again in 3 years.

Paid for their VIP membership when original application for PIP was denied. Also paid just under £100 for them to write the Mandatory Reconsideration. Sent all requested info. Had to chase them repeatedly and despite linked emails, they kept asking for stuff that had already been completed. They didn't seem to know what they were doing. They left it till the very last minute to submit MR (nearly missing the deadline despite numerous reminders). The MR was obviously copied and pasted as they referred to a wife (?), and basically ignored half of the evidence submitted. Not surprisingly the MR was denied too. They then suggested that we hire them to go to tribunal at a further suggested 'donation' cost of hundreds of pounds. No thanks.

Fightback have done it again!

Thank you again so so much for Syd's help filling out my PIP renewal form at the end of October 2022, I've just had my award notice through in the post and they've kept my award as it was before, so enhanced on both mobility and care, but extended the award date - so instead of my standard 3 year award that I've received the last few times, this one is for 6 years.

All of this with no assessment as well! I am so relieved, and swear this is down to your help, and Fightback's name on the renewal forms.

Thanks to Syd I have received lower mobility rate . I have tried in the past to fill in forms on my own without success .
Syd was very patient with me and and took the stress out of completing form on my own .I used the vip platform to look up very helpful advice for assessment .The interview was nearly 2hrs long which I found emotionally draining .My award is granted until October 25 which is going to be a big help . Cant thank Fightback 4 justice enough .I will continue with my VIP membership in order to help others .Thank you

Brilliantly helpful service! Lovely bunch that really do their best to get us what we are entitled to. They know their stuff and work very hard on each case. I had help writing my PIP mandatory reconsideration, my PIP appeal, and had someone attend my phone hearing too.

Filled in my PIP renewal forms, as I couldn't get the words out.
Absolutely brilliant service, my pip was renewed for 6 years without needing an assessment.
I can not thank fightback enough.

Back in July I phoned pip and needed to notify them of some changes in my health, not having the best experience with Pip before, I decided to get hold of fightback, Amy filled out my form, it took all the stress away from having to go through all that again, sent off end of July 2022 and received back a month after with Higher rate on both Mobillty and daily living until 2028. I'm over the moon. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Would not recommend Fightback, when I was assessed from D.L.A to pip, despite spending literally hundreds of pounds for their assistance I went to zero points from having high mobility and middle care. I got no receipts for any money spent with them, later I went to the C.A.B for help and am now on enhanced for daily care and mobility, the C.A.B did not charge me anything at all. This was after taking a claim to tribunal.

Would not take our appeal saying that my because my partner is on a waiting list for adult autism assessment, it wasn't pertinent to when he originally applied for PIP. So feeling disheartened, we dropped the appeal and are receiving no help from anyone anywhere. Bleak times. Anyone with an invisible disability, good luck with getting any help from this organisation or any help from the government.

Fightback assisted with my Tribunal appeal. I paid for advice phone call which was around £60 and advertised that this would be a detailed call, this was 5 minutes. I then paid another fee for them to handle the appeal statement to the court. When I was sent this, they had gone against the descriptors I had appealed in my MR without prior warning. I then questioned this and got a very rude defensive call. As the appeal paperwork was due I had no choice for them to send it in. They asked if I wanted to withdraw and do it myself, which I declined because of the added stress and anxiety hoping to wouldn’t be an issue on the day.

I was then hassled to have someone with me on the call from fightback which would have been another fee. I declined many times.

My appeal won at tribunal and I paid a reasonable donation considering the service I had already paid for and service I’d received.

I’ve now been hassled on emails for weeks asking for a donation (when I’ve already paid weeks ago) and the final email was rather disgusting to be honest, stating ‘I agreed to the fees beforehand and I could have withdrawn my application if I didn’t want to pay it’

I will never use fightback again and either do it myself now I know the process or go to welfare rights who will help for free.

For a not for profit ‘charity’ who is meant to help disabled people to constantly ask for money is disgusting.
