I’ve recently had help with my PIP appeal from Fightback after having my award reduced when it came to review. I’d filled everything out myself saying there had not been a change in my health but this was ignored and Fightback helped me to get my award back.
They were really kind and understanding, nothing was too much trouble even when I had a wobble about something and everything was explained about the cost before I agreed to use them.
I know that they charge but they cost a lot less than other similar companies and I tried to get CAB to help but they were not willing to help me at court. I don’t understand why people think they should not pay the donation amount out of their back pay as you know what you’re signing up for at the start !

The help given to me by Fightback was absolutely priceless, the reassurance they gave me throughout my dealings with them got me through a very difficult time

Used for sons MR, it was a very basic report which I'm sure I could have done myself. As it was written by a legally trained person I felt best to pay the £140! Pip was still denied and in total the "donations" required for them to support with appeal are over £500. Bit disappointed tbh. Will be appealing but doing it myself.

This company was so rude when talking with them. I was promised help and they just ignored me until I agreed to pay them. They seem only interested in getting you to cough up £12 a month membership. They tell you donations, but then keep presurring u to pay money to them. AVOID THEM, use the CAB!

Fightback have been helping me for years, filling in my form, coming to assessments and tribunals.
I have just received my recent review decision, after Fightback filled in my form and I can't thank them enough. I have been given 10 years!!!

I would highly recommend them, as they are friendly and professional. I couldn't have got through this without their help. They are amazing!!!

I would highly recommend this company to fight your corner for you, I have finally won my appeal which I have been trying to claim since March 2021 (1st lone attempt),it’s taken 18 months with the help from FB4J which was too long in my opinion when you’ve lost your career and earning potential but you can’t rush the DWP process. I wholeheartedly believe that I would not have won this award without them representing me and I’m very grateful for all their help and tell I everyone who could use their help and I will no doubt be instructing them to represent me again once this award ends assuming I’m still in need of the benefit. People need to bear in mind that though they are a charity you still need to make donations to help pay for the legal advice you’re receiving- that said it’s very well worth it. They do a fantastic job that sadly is very much needed, well done Fightbackers.

Syd done the form filling for my son transferring from dla to pip. She was fantastic. Calm and patience. Filled the forms for me sent me one to send to pip and a copy for myself. Awarded enhanced on both for 6 years. Will definitely use again when needed.

Shocking paid £105 for a review form filling service and most was copied and pasted from last application. When raised told “don’t worry , we’ve addressed the issues”. In the meantime I’m left in limbo with a pack of lies written by them “assuming” the same as previous form. Which it isn’t.Follow up with contacting them not really interested. They’ve had their lolly

Why does this woman get away with writing her own reviews ? The majority begin " I would just like to say "(clue)
And now she is telling lies about representing a dead woman !!!!!!
You can only represent an Estate if there is a Will and Lawyers would be involved . If no will then the Estate is divided amongst the Relatives in accordance with the Law. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN !!

I used this company in 2017 for my ESA50, the form was filled in badly with grammar and spelling errors, the descriptors not answered correctly or with no relevant information, but I had to send the form in because it needed to go back asap. In 2021 I was asked to have an assessment based off of the same form which was 4 years old at the time, the assessment company were terrible and messed me around, due to their mistakes and the rubbish form, I made a complaint and I was able to write another ESA50, this time I did it with the help of a guide and 3 other people who checked the form after for me and made some corrections and such. I was then given a paper based assessment and moved to SG. It just shows you that you can do these forms yourself with a little bit of help and reassurance, you don't need to waste £45 and have someone else do it.

Terrible. Don't even bother. Dishonest, tell you one thing to get your business, then deny it.
I cannot even begin to tell you of my horrendous, long experience of this company.
You get told different things by different staff and again, they deny it.
Insensitive, unhelpful, rude, lying cheaters. Do not speak on the phone with them, and if you do record the call. Put it all in writing. They have missed the deadline of my MR.
Will not refund me all the money I have paid them.
You basically have to provide so mich information which they do not look at. You have to do the work yourself, send it to them and they send it to the DWP. Cut out the middle man and send to the DWP yourself. As others have stated, it is badly written, copied and pasted, disjointed, the DWP can see it means nothing and isn't really relevant to you personally, just a bog standard 'bot' type response and not even a good one.
I honestly cannot explain the horror and amount of work it is to deal with this company. I am now so ill, I cannot even do any sort of MR or appeal.
PLEASE do not put yourself through this barbaric treatment and trauma. Go to the CAB who are thorough and kind and free.

Chloe done my sons dla to pip forms and I just got letter to say he been awarded on enchanced on both till 2029 . I’m so chuffed and this service from Chloe was excellent and I feel with out Chloe my son wouldn’t have been awarded so thank you so so much for all your hard work . I sent lots medical evidence aswell but it’s how the application is worded and I’m clueless but Chloe done it for me .

Fightback4justice have always been helpful to me and very professional and friendly, along with the excellent service they provide. A lovely lady helped calm me down from the stress I've felt from the Autumn statement.

i would just like to say a massive thank you to all the team at fightback for putting together an excellent submission for my tribunal that was held on the thursday 26th october via telephone call and a big big thank you to sonia for representing me on the telephone call, i was awarded 10 points daily living and 12 points for mobility,so if anyone needs that extra help then get in touch with fightback,it was well worth the money and when i get my backpay i will be paying them a big donation because they deserve every single penny to go back in there pot,if anyone does need there help and you are awarded for a benefit please pleas pay them the fee owed,they helped you so you help them, i certainly will be using them again in the future A BIG BIG THANK YOU FIGHTBACK TEAM. from Trish

Dreadful company money grabbing and as the review below stated kept going on about fraud. My auntie who is very vulnerable asked these scaremongers for advice and they left her in bits. AVOID 100 per cent.

Awful company. Only interested in money then told me I was committing fraud.
The form was badly written, contained someone else’s information and was full of mistakes.

Michelle was incredibly rude and told me I was committing fraud (seems to be her thing as she posting about it online).

Unfortunately, I have suffered a severe traumatic brain injury in May 2020 which has put me off work for an extended period of time.

I have joined FB4J with a membership which provided me with extremely valuable support and help with my PIP claim. Firstly I would like to thank Syd enormously for her professionalism and help with my application. I can not thank the team at Fightback4justice enough in helping me with my daughters pip . My daughter has a genetic disorder that causes her seizures as well as other disabilities and for years all pip have concentrated on is when her last seizure was ignoring her other disabilities . I have experienced going to tribunal on my own to fight her case which was exhausting when your caring for family members with needs full time. My daughters latest pip review came up early this year and we lost most points leaving us with loosing her PIP , which was so upsetting as we know the support and help we give daily. I Contacted Fightback4Justice as I was so deflated and they did my MR on my behalf this got rejected and I did think was it worth paying Fightback4Justice to do my Tribunal papers but my better judgement kicked in and I contacted the team to submit the papers . Fightback4Justice submitted our papers and I started to work on the evidence needed for the tribunal. Three weeks later I received a phone call from the DWP asking me three basic questions , the following day DWP called me back with an offer of enhanced care and standard mobility, I was thrilled and relieved that finally my daughters genetic condition was recognised along with the care she required . We went from standard care only to Enhanced care and standard mobility with out going to tribunal. Thank you Fightback4Justice team, you truly are amazing and I will definitely be using you when the next review comes up in five years , your amazon gift card is on its way to you and again thank you from an exhausted parent who only wants what her daughter deserves .
