I was seen really quickly and communication via email was great throughout. The assessor was calm, kind and knowledgable. I felt at ease throughout the whole process.

Absolutely the best thing to have happened for me. Megan is so good at her job. She listened and gave me good advice. So lovely and made me feel relaxed which is a hard thing for me! From start to finish, i wasnt waiting too long to hear from them. Megan is thorough and explained stuff really well. If you get the option, choose these!

Was ok and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable although I felt I needed to be about doing things the person made the assessment with ease

Skylight was amazing they got me an appointment quickly and smoothly ADHD appointments were remote that worked perfectly as I have two disabled children and no support to make face to face so my combined appointment had to be put on hold but managed to continue my adhd appointment thankfully,

Assessors are lovely calm patient and understanding,

My face to face ADHD assessment with Skylight psychiatry was both friendly and professional.
My assessor could tell I was anxious when we first met, and tried to reassure me and put me at ease right from the start of the appointment.
He was patient, and took the necessary time to explain the questions to me, using examples and In turn making sure he had thoroughly understood my explanations and answers to each.
I even felt comfortable enough, to be open and share some difficult private information.
His approach and understanding, made me feel un rushed, safe, and really heard for the first time.
The whole process from my initial enquiry, admin correspondence, and the assessment itself,felt supportive and very positive.

Overall good experience so far. The Dr was knowledgeable and great at making me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. I have further to go with this company but I feel so far it’s been a good experience

Once everything was filled in was very quick for a response, finally got a diagnosis after my face to face meeting over the phone and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Only downside I personally had was sound issues in the meeting but not sure what caused it.

I've received my autism and ADHD diagnosis with Skylight. After being diagnosed with autism and having such a good experience, I opted to return to them for my ADHD assessment too. I felt understood and respected throughout, my emails were replied to in a timely manner and I received updates throughout the experience. The only thing that was a negative is the waiting time, but that's not their fault and would have been far worse on the NHS without the Right to Choose pathway. I was put at ease by my assessors and if I had more to be diagnosed, this would be the first place I'd come.

Very understanding & made it so it was very acceptable to have these issues & for me not to feel rm arrayed . I felt accepted & with out press., very personable.

I found Debbie easy to talk to and I trusted her from the outset. I felt listened to and the whole process was efficient and professional.

The lady who conducted my assessment was gentle, charming and compassionate. She completely put me at ease and didn’t pressure me in any way during the process, so I relaxed and answered honestly and truthfully. I was nervous going in, but quickly settled. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to everyone.

I looked online for a group that provided right to choose testing for ADHD and found them. On their page the process was explained clearly (though it didn't state anything about prices) and it was very easy to download and fill in all the documents. I sent all to my GP, who took a couple of weeks to sort everything. Then skylight contacted me and booked the appointment in just 2 weeks (instead of the 3-5 years required with NHS). The day of the appointment I opened the link and and talked to Chris, my doctor. We focused on all the aspects of the rest and then he asked me if I had anything to add. He gave me the results straingt away and offered to send them to my employer in a matter of days. Finally, he explained the next steps. He provided every information with patience and kindness. The total assessment was less than 1 hour long, which I appreciated, but I can last up to 90 mins.
I'm very satisfied. I'll continue with them for the rest of my assessments.

The lady who led my ADHD assessment was greatly informed about the behaviours that can display. The questions were clearly spoken with kindness and respect.
The process was easy and it was an online assessment from my home 🏡
I was told of the outcome immediately and I shall wait to hear from them in the next month or so.

I accessed Skylight Psychiatry through GP Right to Choose and was pleased to get my ADHD assessment quickly

It was the Autism assessment where things went wrong. When I turned up in person, three and a half hours away from home, I was told that there was a closer centre that I could have accessed. I was then told that my ADHD results should have been provided after the first ADHD assessment

After the in person Autism assessment, I was told that there would be a part two fairly soon. This was a month ago and when I called the service to ask when this was likely to be, I was told that the receptionist could not provide me with any further information. When I contacted the email address given I got a generic response stating that my paperwork had been received. I know this, I had two assessments with you already!

Very poor communication from admin teams which does not actually relate to an individuals circumstances. This is a shame because the clinicians themselves are brilliant

The assessor Jordana was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and asked questions in a very professional manor.
