Asked for help with pip review and asked how much they charge. I understand they're busy, but would have thought id have had a reply as it was 4 weeks ago.

I can only praise and recommend the wonderful team at Fightback for their help with my PIP appeal. My mum came across their page on Facebook by chance and I only wish we had found them sooner. The PIP process is incredibly stressful and the Fightback team lifted a huge weight off my shoulders when they took over my case during my appeal process. I don’t think I would have finally been successful without their help and expertise. They offered advice and information over the phone and by email and were always quick and thorough with their responses. Thank you!

I have just recently used this fab team to help me with my tribunal. I am so pleased to have used them with their expertise and guidance as the decision was overturned. I am beyond grateful for what was truly harrowing experience.

I contacted Fightback for help and advice about an appeal for PIP. They provided lots of help and information and support during the whole process including being present during the appeal itself. I would not have been able to do this without them. I highly recommend them.

I have used Fightback for my forms a few years on the trot and wouldn’t go anywhere else , I think it’s worth every penny wether you chose a subscription to help with your form and you do it yourself or wether you pay for someone skilled and experienced to fill your form out for you .

So friendly and helpful. I made use of their form filling service . The process was straightforward and stress free . I have struggled trying to do this in the past. Fightback really know their stuff. They know how to get the point across and explain things. I am pretty sure I couldn't have done it without them. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of help with applying for benefits.

I've used fightback for justice twice.
My Pip review was difficult..3 telephone assessments..Michelle gave me confidence and I got my award for 10 years.
I've just gone through the Uc
Migration from legacy benefits.
Charlene has gone above and beyond..made my claim 1st September and today 9th October she called me re me emailing for help.
I've found the migration very difficult....I really couldn't have coped without f4J.
I cannot understand the low score on here.

I sought help for a PIP mobility award review. Instead of strategic support, I was discouraged from appealing, told to accept less than my entitlement, and upsold to a paid service. When I shared this publicly, my comment was deleted, and I was blocked. In my experience, their free help is performative, not substantive.

Without this NON PROFIT CHARTIY, many disabled people would be abandoned and neglected by the goverment, Fightback4justice help so many people that the system discriminates against. Without these guys bending overbackwards and at their own expense!, to help people in need, the nhs system would be more backed up than it is now, the suicide, abuse rate and hatecrimes would sky rocket

Such a valuable service. Clear examples of how to approach form filling. They are available on the phone to give advice. I can’t recommend them enough.

I used this organisation to apply for Pips tribunal after being turned down via own application for Mandatory Appeal. I had one 30 min telephone call and they submitted on my behalf. Within 4 week I had a telephone call from PIPs saying they have reviewed my case and offered me additional points so I would be eligible for standard rate. I accepted the offer and so withdraw my appeal application. I paid F4J £275 to act on my behalf and feel that it was so worth the money. They were so friendly and I do not think I would have got the same result had I applied on my own. I also would have stressed out filling in the forms etc. I reconmend them.

Fightback are an amazing team of experts. They are kind caring and understanding. Their form filling service is the best, they take their time and understand how your struggles affect you. I totally trust fightback. So greatful for their expertise

When the company first started out it was great but as years passed they seem to be solely around receiving money from you. I do understand this but tbh their input on my last pip review 4 years wasn't great. They are very harsh on the phone and rush the form. They told me not to write a lot in the review boxes and I had a full assessment partly to do with this. This time I completed it myself with extended pages and only had a brief call from assessment team to clarify. Assessor even said my form was completed in full detail. My best advice is to sign up to work and benefits online and follow their guidance but fill it in yourself. I don't recommend this company and it's not even allowed to be mentioned as a place to go to in a support group I'm in. Date of this was 4/5 years ago when COVID was about

RIP OFF, DO NOT USE THEM!!
They made me pay £105 to help me with my PIP application (they didn’t say I had a choice as it’s actually a donation). The woman was really stand offish, very rude, very cold, impersonal, rushed me, refused to fill sections out, told me because of my job I wouldn’t get any points for sections (and put I had no difficulty in that area even though I do!), she hardly wrote anything in the boxes, and made me feel I was an inconvenience to her. She was just typing and made no conversation, and made zero effort to put me at ease, in fact she was the complete opposite. She actually treated me how I’d expect DWP to treat me- like I was scum and making it all up. I was expecting warmth and compassion- but I got the complete opposite!! I felt humiliated, and undermined. I felt really depressed for days after the call.
They wrote a load of rubbish and when I rang them back to question it I got an arrogant response saying ‘we’ve been doing this for years, we know what to write, it’s fine, blah blah’, I didn’t feel confident in them at all. Lo and behold I got my PIP declined 🤬

Since then I’ve found a local charity nearby that did my MR for FREE And they were amazing.

Family memeber tried using the VIP service that you pay for. Only recieved a file to read through,she emailed them asking when someone would ring her to help her understand the files as she's dyslexic and was struggling with MR. So no phone support,emails just saying they are busy and would get back to her,after taking 3 payments from her bank she cancelled direct debit as still no help from them.Then on Saturday they managed to take another payment from her bank even though direct debit had been cancelled.Bank informed and dealing with getting her money back and trading standards getting called today.Can't leave comments on their fb page about there appalling so called service as they block you.Just money money and nothing back for it.

Used to offer excellent service - not anymore. I think they are now too big and have lost the personal touch.

MY experience was really BAD.

As others have said, there staff r rude and arrogant. There upfront costs get more expensive as u go with no guarantee. They push hard there monthly paid service. All about the money.
