UNETHIKA: Time for a class action lawsuit?
I received an email from Ethika in late March that there was a sale where everything was $4. I purchased 42 items on March 27. I received one shipment on April 9 with 3 items. I received another package on April 21 with 10 items and a packing slip that said 17 items were in the box. Their site says only 2 items are left to ship. I used their online chat and no one replied. I used their text number and no one replied. I contacted them by email and no one replied. Has anyone thought about a class action lawsuit? It seems this is their business model, not a fluke.
Edit (04/30/26): Contrary to Ethika's reply to my review below, they are not waiting on me. I replied to their outsourced customer service's attempt to manage the fact that they overextended themselves with a "too good to be true" sale and are unable to fulfill my order. They offered a refund instead of fulfilling my order, not the outcome I wanted. UNETHIKA would be a better name for them at this point. Good product, horrible and operationally unsustainable business model. This is the last time I buy from them. This business will implode soon like all businesses that consistently disrespect their customers.

Terrible customer service, shipping, missing items, and slow response time
I am extremely disappointed in Ethika. They have great quality underwear, BUT horrible customer service! Waited several weeks for an order shipping confirmation and that was after I inquired about the order status. When the package arrived, it was missing all but 1 item from my order. It took several emails, texts, and attempts to live chat to even get a response. The worst customer service and response time I have experienced! At the time I ordered the 5 items, they were in stock and I paid. After only 1 arrived, I asked for the remaining 4, but Ethika would not send them even though the exact item showed it was in stock on their website. They canceled the 4 items, ignoring my request.

Ive purchased from Ethika the last 5 years and i always get compliments every single outfit ; down to the shoe laces with Etika logo embossed . This company quality is coluture at its best . Worst customer service EVER…
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life! My order still have not been shipped out and it has been going on 20 BUSINESS DAYS now. I can not get customer service to respond back and I've tried contacting them MULTIPLE times! I get that there may be longer response time due to the hightl demand during the sale, but when it's been days after you reached out and still no reply is very unprofessional for a well known business. It's definitely feeling like a scam.

I placed 3 orders on 2 different days…
I placed 3 orders on 2 different days during the $4 sale. I knew they would need extra time to process orders during a huge sale. Got the first order about 2 weeks after and the second a few days later. The third order is still in “packing” status. Both orders I received were not missing anything and packed with care. FABULOUS SALE!!! That is awesome business having a sale that customers enjoy saving a ton of $$$ and Ethika is clearing out ready for new inventory.
*My last order is packed and shipped and will be here early next week. Overall great experience. People need to chill… it’s a huge sale. Everyone is just used to getting what they order in a few days.

ZERO updates on order
I placed an order on december 21 and still havent received an update on my order, they shipped out the free hair scrunchies that i had no use for instantly though so theres that. Ive been trying to get ahold of support for almost two weeks without a reply, and that is just absolutely ridiculous. The last time I’ll be ordering from the site.
UPDATE: They replied under this stating they reached out and are awaiting my reply. They in fact did not. Dont support this company. They shouldn’t be releasing new collaborations with people if they can’t even ship orders from over a month ago.

Just update I called Ethika and ask again where is my package they stated it’s still processing HOWWWW???Then they said they figured out the problem is it’s not sale anymore like WHATTT????
