When the system is down, you can't print. waste of money.

Load of Shit. Not expensive new but only prints about 20 pages at the most then new ink needed. Replacements expensive but not recognized so total waist of money.
A world full of Pure Junk! A world of throw away new cars after 5 years how can I complain about spending £50+ on a shit printer.
Save your money and go to your local library and pay them for your prints, its well worth it compared to this piece of crap.

I had a very disappointing experience with Epson. When I placed my order, I definitely chose home delivery for my printer. However, it was sent to a pickup point instead. Even more frustrating, when I went to collect it, there were still four days left before the pickup deadline, but the printer had already been returned to Epson prematurely.

I contacted customer support multiple times. The first time, they agreed to resend the printer, acknowledging that it wasn’t my fault. But when I still didn’t receive it and reached out again, they started claiming that I had requested pickup at the point. I provided clear evidence: the order confirmation showing home delivery and the SMS indicating four days left to pick it up. Yet, the customer support ignored these facts and insisted that I had chosen the pickup point.

This level of service is absolutely the worst. It’s clear that the fault lies with the shipping and the company’s poor handling of the situation. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend Epson to anyone.

The Epson ET 2810 worst piece of technology ever conceived. Feels like it was created by the devil himself. Setting it up is a ball ache, refilling the ink is a ball ache but all of that is a walk in a park compared to when you just need to use it. You try to print, you come across an issue and it gives you advice on how to troubleshoot it, that advice never works, you end up having to troubleshoot that problem, eventually ending up in a never ending loop of troubleshooting. Its woke WiFi connectivity is more of a hindrance than some sort of revolutionary technology. Old school plug and print printers were so much better. This piece of garbage has actually made me think we’ve gone too far with technology and that it’s actually more work using these newer printers than the older models they have replaced. Garbage don’t get one

My Epson KP6100 is a shabby piece of kit, very fragile and slow (a bit like me). What I especially dislike is replacing inks. I can't afford the absurd prices for Epson own inks but get duplicates via Amazon for a third of the Epson price. Once replaced, Epson will keep on telling you that you are not using their own inks, with a sub text that things will go wrong. They sure do, the paper tray stops functioning. What you must remember is to disconnect the plug from the mains for a night. Ignore the demands for their inks. All the bits fall off the printer while replacing the cartridges.

Epson xp-2005 Wifi Printer works if you have good wifi, works with the app much of the time, however it comes with only starter (half filled) ink cartridges, but offers 3 moths free subscription ink, they don't make it clear that if you cancel the subscription the printer stops working – after 2hrs of research, software downlods etc I discovered that cancelling the subscription disables the ink cartridges they sent in the post – you need to replace them, switch off then restart. Had several Epson printers over the years this has to be the most customer aggravating and exasperating – recommended for those with time on their hands and above average IT skills - the ink subscription is not for everyone – I for one will never touch one of the schemes again

These guys have charged me 26.50 and 45.80 for printing too much, even though they have only sent me two sets of cartridges over 4 months during my free trial.

I even cancelled before the free trial ended.

And then when I called they blamed me for printing to much, even though they haven't supplied me with the paper that I use.

I should read TrustPilot review before signing up to this scam.

Never again and my next printer won't be Epson.

Is the most ridicules company on TEC society. They are just like loan sharks. Their policy with the subscriptions is totally unlawful and dangerous. They lock the printer and they are doing anything to create the path to follow their rules. I just throw in the bin a printer of £800, I will do my job, with other's brand printer, but from now on, I am on the mission to know everybody that they are common fraud. I know that I am not obligated, if I am not happy with them to use their services etc, but are not everybody expert with TEC. The system and the way they have build to take your money is unbelievable!! The people must to know how easy with a few tricks can be hostage in a situation that can create potential problems to their works.

Epson customer service doesn’t answer their calls I’m waiting for over 13 minutes and still waiting to sort out my new printer warranty to get a refund or replacement on xp3200 that doesn’t print, not long bought but few months ago. What a load of rubbish, I don’t recommend this product or brand. I spoke to Epson after 16 minutes they requested that I clean the heads 6 times , I refused stating that I cleaned it several times already and I want a refund but they said that they’ll replace my printer now I’m left hanging waiting for them to make arrangements today or tomorrow to change printer not been forthcoming yet, up to 3 business days they said, now a replacement has arrived.

Purchased a WF-7840 printer which appears a good product. The set up software does not work with windows 11. Epson Support were slow and useless. I had to pay a third party £40 to install for me. Have been using Epson products for 20 years but currently their service is atrocious.

Purchase Epsom Ecotank 2850. Owned just over a month. Used twice. No longer works. Avoid. Not standing by warranty.

I will NEVER buy an Epson product again. I bought an XP-3100 in 2020, used it (very light use, I maybe printed 2 pages every other week) for about 2 years and it started to give me problems. Connectivity is awful, problem with firmware every few weeks. I have done everything I had to do (updates, cleaning, checking, you name it) and, last year, it stopped working completely. I switch it on and it tells me to switch back off. I asked to customer service multiple times and every time they have been useless, completely useless. I have tried to use it again a couple of days ago, just to scan a document, it does not even work doing that anymore. This is PROGRAMMED Obsolescence. Epson: never again.

How do I contact Epson Custimer Service. The phone number does not work and the email sent to the email address does not reply.

I wrote about my bad experience on Trust Pilot a few days ago, and was then contacted by a lady from Epson UK stating emphatically that she would remedy the situation without delay and would get back to me. Unfortunately she didn't do that and when I called her number several times the next day and left messages on her "Customer Care" voicemail which stated that she would get back to me as soon as possible, she didn't do so such that despite calling her again today on several occasions , there has been no action whatsoever. So I am left having been charged over the price as they never applied the 10% discount code and they shipped it to the wrong address (where nobody will be for ages) and ignored the delivery address required. I have had no refund and no product so the situation could hardly be worse. As I sadly concluded before, Epson UK are a complete shambolic disaster area and utterly unprofessional and incompetent, which is such a shame with such a good product line. So sadly I must warn against purchasing anything from Epson UK as they will take your money and more than the offer price and yet not deliver the goods to the proper address, with impunity. They are now saying that it was delivered (to the billing not the shipping address) and signed for by “Michael”! In fact by grilling UPS again it was actually sent to the UPS local centre and signed for by a UPS operative! I am not in London so that’s no good to me and I have now asked UPS again to deliver it to the Welwyn shipping address as I clearly will not get my refund from Epson, matters are getting worse and worse. AVOID buying from Epson UK if you don’t want to be shafted!!

Epson printers the biggest mistake in purchase , trust its nothing but a headache avoid buying any of there products the worst ever decision you will make bought SX405 nothing but total grief stick to HP OR CANON PRINTERS stay away from any Epson product I am telling the truth never had any issues with canon or hp printers

Worst printer I have ever used, worked well for the first week now can’t even print have had to do a nozzle clean which takes about 10 mins for it just to fail again. Paper gets jammed to easily. Overall a terrible product

Bought an Epson printer with a cashback incentive. It’s a con! I followed all instructions uploaded proof of purchase etc but now they say it’s not sufficient. My goodness it’s an online receipt from Argos but they won’t accept it. As I said if you’re lured by cash back incentive then don’t waste your time.

Had subscription previously but started to transitioning, I changed name and bank and driving licence , email address etc . They sent signal to printer to stop my ink cartridge from printing ! They refuse to accept it am transgender , they refuse to give me new subscription on my new name and it will not let me do it through there online site , it says printer already exists. Customer service is dreadful non existent and cobstant in que being told your next that lasts for hours . Unfriendly outdated poor company . Axe through printer and huge up yours Epson .

The wi-fi on my rather expensive Epson printer stopped working. I accept that technology can fail, that's not the real issue here. The warranty I have and indeed the entire customer service and repair operation appears to be nothing more than a mirage. It's truly impossible to make contact with a human at Epson customer service UK. The online chat bot EVA is useless and I think it's been designed to block requests for help so that users give up. But the biggest scandal is that they instruct you contact repair centres that don't exist. I managed to extract the contact details for Epson printer repair centre, but my two nearest ones appear to have been wound up as businesses in 2018 and 2021 respectively. That' beyond sloppy on the part of Epson. that sits somewhere between negligent and fraudulent. Advertising services that can't be fulfilled. I'm taking this legal. I encourage anyone else who's a victim to do so.

I bought a printer years ago used it very little, bought new inks off ebay they don't work turns out they're not from Epson that's why they don't work, should of said when selling the printer.....they look exactly the same but don't work... inks ink after two days of running around I've got this trust pilot to write on thank god
I bought a printer no knowledge I can only buy inks from Epson... I would of bought else where
Imagine buying a car and your only allowed to use esso and not asda for fuel il never buy these again..let down..
