We have never had any problems after years of use, sadly this year we have experienced a few issues with a particular job. What makes good customer service… how you deal with a problem.
Don’t worry…. Raquel to the rescue.
So yes we experienced some issues with a delivery, were we a bit peeved…. Yes. So pick up the phone which was answered by Raquel who even though I was polite took a bit of an ear bashing (she took it calmly and professionally), promised my delivery would be there the next day which I accepted (albeit cautiously). 2 hours later a support van turned up especially to deliver our bins. So rather than the usual “oh we will sort and just fit it into our next convenient slot” Raquel found a man and a van even though it wasn’t his job (he was a recovery vehicle), explained that we the customer had been let down and would he mind driving an hour there and back just to sort out our problem, and he did!
None of this “oh we can’t”, they literally went out of their way, at their inconvenience to make sure we were happy! So yes…. Like every company they experience problems, none of us are perfect, but how they deal with those problems should be the reason you choose them over competitors.

Raquel was very helpful and had outstanding customer service

First of all This company is not a good company. Mr.Dillon Cox who is working as a customer service manager told me I have to give 90 Days to terminate the contract and they have sign new contract without my concern on Jan 2023. My contract finish on 22/3/2023. How many of you know about the agreement that you have signed with them. There charges are really high compare to others. Almost half of the price. I'm with them for more than 10 years. Please be rethink about other companies who is doing same service.

Having moved to Ellgia from another company we have been pleasantly surprised by the courteous and helpful drivers and customer service. Just dealt with Raquel to change contract and she was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Has been using this company for two sites over the year. the driver was very helpful.

Very poor customer service, serious lack of communication, rude and aggressive when asked why this happened , nearly twice the price of local competitor will never use again .

really disappointed, spent 4 years in a contract with this company, to receive petty charges including petty remarks made on invoices like a wasted journey, so was charged the full amount all because they did not think about opening a gate, collection driver needs room to improve, towards the end of contact was very rude to 2 members of staff that were reported but nothing was done about this., I have also given up trying to sort out a charge for removal of the bin after ending the contract, but was never charged for delivering it !!! contracts definitely want wording better instead of hiding everything into a service charge, even though I actually never agreed to updated contacts as I was not happy, I would have left the contract last year but I was 3 weeks out of giving a 3-month notice so they were petty to make me wait another year.
very annoyed that I did not pay for the delivery of the bin but I pay for the collection, I have always been a very good customer and always paid on time but when being told your bin cannot be collected until you pay your last bill which had not even been invoiced to me to actually pay it, then I had to store the bin while they collected (out of contract timing )

Ordered skip week in advance delivered on time, competitive price, exchange skip all sorted excellent service would recommend to anyone
