Good overall service
Early days with Ellgia but so far so good. Nice to actually have people to talk to as opposed to other suppliers who you can never actually speak to. Any issues in the set up of our supply have been promptly dealt with and look forward to growing our relationship into the future.

Ellgia Waste Poor service if at all.
Ellgia, consistently do not turn up to pick up my food waste,when i phone they tell me there have been no breakdowns and they will definitely be there today and they do not turn up, I get a e-mail after phoning twice to say the vehicle broke down which contradicts what the customer service stated to me yesterday we set a new date and again no-body turns up. Much better operators are available with mush better customer service.
