Lovely staff in the store, beautiful affordable jewellery, got bracelet for my daughter in laws birthday and got her sons name on it, engraving in store which is fabulous and it turned out fabulous, will definitely be shopping in store again before long

This piece was to replace a faulty piece I was gifted for my birthday. The original bracelet tarnished where the links met, after 2 wears in about 3 weeks. I was offered a replacement or voucher to put towards a new piece (which is what I chose) and went with the gold cuff. Its a pretty yellow/deep.gold color and really lovely on.

I bought a necklace for a friend for her birthday had it engraved with three names

Great gift for the wife

Scam their loyal customers queued at the new store opening in Stratford and was in the top 100 which should have qualified me for a goodie bag gift but I was rudely told they’d run out of gift bags having queued for 5 hours with no welfare checks they have lost a customer for life.

The staff inside the Belfast store were so kind and professional, I originally got the block necklace with one name and then went back the next day to add two more names and ended up coming out with another two bracelets and a pair of earrings. The pieces are of such high quality and now I’ve 4 pieces I’ll definitely be adding more to the collection

I bought a present for a relative and the process was easy, the staff were very helpful and the engraving was done very quick. The relative was very happy with her present.

Lovely jewellery set, had to send the bracelet back as I ordered the wrong size, no problem and just received the replacement one a few days later. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful necklace no faults there but engraving poor it is difficult to make out letter. it arrived beautifully pckaged but because address stuck to lovely black box i could not use it

Returned twice with my braclet . Broke twice got it replaced the first time the girls wore lovely,broke again I decided that the quality clearly wasn’t great so I got a refund . I returned a diamond necklace due to its false advertisement, it does not sit correctly on the neck as shown on the add , it just falls forward and cannot even see the diamonds . I will not be purchasing my jewellery her ranymore and will not be recommend this store, unfortunately the quality and price of their products just arnt worth it .

Bought the Amo Heart Double Bead Necklace and very disappointed with the engraving. The J looks like an I. When I contacted Dylan Oaks no resolution was given only an apology and told that's the way the font is engraved by their machine! Maybe they need a new machine.

Brilliant company! My daughter bought me a chain with engraved hearts on it, it broke and i lost 1 heart. they rechained it and replaced the missing heart.

I have been buying these necklaces for the past 18 months. They have been amazing gifts for remembering moments and have even bought two for myself that a wanted something to remember the dates. All those I have given them to have also loved them. They layer lovely and I will be purchasing a third one soon for another date that will hold happy memories. While they are lovely as gifts they also make fabulous treat yourself pieces.

Beautiful pieces but what let's it down is you don't supply a gift box to put chain into to gift to someone..I had to buy a small gift box elsewhere as the box chain was delivered in had all my info on it. I paid 53.95 (Inc postage).and still had to buy presentation box
