Very kind, sent replacement box when they didn't have to...
Their jewellery is the best never tarnishes but their customer service is even better. Ordered a necklace and earrings for my daughter for Christmas, left at front door. Dog ate parcel, managed to save items but no giftbox. Asked them to send a box and it was here the next day. Thank you guys

I got a bracelet with engraving
I got a bracelet with engraving, and hoop earrings. They are both beautiful and quality is excellent They came in a fabulous gift box with a bow. I was really impressed.

Lack of communication
Order delayed im assuming as im receiving emails asking to review how my item so heres the review. I have not received the item, theres been no communication about the delay of my item, I've emailed today and not heard back and no way of contacting royal mail who are supposed to be delivering this item. Frustrating. This is my second time ordering and I was going to order again but dont think I will as the delivery time frame has been quite awful. My order is a gift that was needed and ordered within ample time.

Excellent Service
I recently purchased the Dylan Oaks necklace as a Christmas gift, the parcel came in great time but my dog got the parcel before I did and destroyed the beautiful presentation gift box and the necklace box it came in. I emailed Dylan Oaks and said that the gift box was not important because I knew I could purchase another online but I needed the necklace box to place the necklace inside. Dylan Oaks kindly sent me, free of charge, the gift box and two necklace boxes (to a different address). This was excellent service and the boxes are beautifully presented, the necklace itself is absolutely stunning with their name engraved.

Bought necklace on Friday for it to come in Tuesday. Customer service keep saying DPD have it and DPD said they don't have the item yet to contact the sender. Don't advertise that the item will be with you a certain day if you can't deliver it on time.
