Amazing customer service and incomparable beds

The manager at your Preston store is always so helpful and knowledgeable, I always choose to go to Dreams first as the service is excellent, I always recommend the Preston store to friends and colleagues.

On the evening of Friday 21st October, we visited the Dreams Preston store and it was a wonderful experience. We were welcomed by a man they call ‘Luke’, and were swept off our feet by premium customer service and exemplary assistance. We were offered pillows to try out mattresses and free drinks, and left with a spring in our steps we hadn’t had for many years, and the feeling of optimism and hope for a better nights sleep.

Welcoming and friendly staff who gave us plenty of time and space to try out mattresses. All our questions were answered and we felt confident in purchasing a new bed.

Excellent service in store choosing my beds, full explanation from staff re different products. Delivery staff were on time, respectful of property and excellent communication on timings of delivery. Just disappointed one of my bed bases was not on delivery as expected, still awaiting delivery…

Had an absolutely amazing experience yesterday when we went there to get bed and mattresses. Bill was really helpful and such a nice person. He is funny and experienced. He sold us 2 pillows and our necks can’t thank him enough.

Although the shop in Preston was a small show room, it had everything I needed to make an informed decision. The staff here are very welcoming and walked me through every step of the way making what was a confusing process at the start very simple.

Carol at the Preston store was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional in helping us make our decision. She was brilliant, thank you!

Good bed. Great service

Can honestly say this has been the bests decision we have made. We’ve always gone for low cost as we thought we only sleep but how wrong was we. This bed we purchase from Dreams is a game changer. Best nights sleep we’ve ever had.

Bank Holiday visit, clean and tidy store, friendly and helpful staff who advise you on the products and options available. Not a hard sell environment in the store and would definitely recommend to all seeking a comfortable nights sleep.

Very helpful customer service in the shop when deciding which mattress was the best for me, Bill was excellent. Delivery to my house was good. Overall experience with the Dreams team was excellent.

Fab helpful staff in shop. We used the bed selector and the first mattress it suggested we chose because it was perfect! Deliver would be a week. Delivery day came and I received a message and email to say it would be delivered between 8:30&10:30. The time came and went no contact from dreams no delivery. I rang customer services they advised me there had been a delay and they would get delivery staff to contact me and update me. No one contacted me. Still waiting. I rang numerous other time to be told the same thing. Eventually at 3pm I was advised they had missed loading it but would be back in depot soon to load and deliver today. 4:30 came still no word or mattress. Rang customer services again. This time was on hold for over an hour. Samantha was lovely and helpful. She said it has been sent to managers to deal with and one would contact me the following day. About 10 minutes after we had finished talking Peter rang. He assured me that it would be delivered tomorrow as it was in acceptable. I didn’t have much hope or actually believe it would ever turn up this week to be honest. The following day I received a call from Peter telling me he was on his way and would be delivering it himself. Peter and Steve arrived. They were brilliant. Friendly, helpful, apologetic and made me very happy that I finally had somewhere to sleep. The communication from the delivery depot was appalling and none existent! Peter, Steve & Samantha were amazing but can honestly say I have lost all faith in the company and will not be using or recommending them to anyone! Fab mattress

I came to the Preston store twice in the day and both times greeted and assisted by Carol. She told me it was her 8th week at the store but I think did really well in helping me choose the right mattress. I was able to lie down and try out the beds, given a pillow and a cold drink. I used the sleep match machine and then after going away to check measurements at home, I returned and placed the order for the mattress I think is best. At all times I felt the covid-safe measures and social distancing were very good.
Considering Carol hasn't been at that store long I was very impressed. My intention is to buy a king size mattress for another bedroom later this year and given the customer service I received I'll definitely be returning.

Visited the Preston store yesterday and bought an ottoman bed, pillows, matteress and matteress protector. Serene was lovely and very knowledgeable wasn't pushy and was really happy with her service. Was offered water and had a really good luck around the store, Serene let us know about offers and discounts and I can't wait for our new bed to arrive!

Visited the Preston store on 2nd December. Serene was really helpful, she allowed us time to wander but answered any questions and informed us of products. The bed we wanted wasn’t stocked but she showed us the features on other products in store and discussed everything to make sure we made an informed purchase and reminded us of their guarantees. We have roughly a 12 week wait for the bed but we were informed fully of this and that it could be longer or shorter but we’re happy with this, and we were allowed to make a deposit only which was really helpful. We can’t wait to receive our new bed and are glad we have plenty of time to get the room all decorated and prepared.
