What a shambles the mattress we brought collapsed while still under guarantee trying to get through to customer services is a joke first time 4 hours they agreed to change the mattress so we had to go to the nearest store but they would not help we had to phone customer services again 5 hours the problem still not resolved I dread phoning again
The message you get says your call will be answered in one minute ha ha
Never use dreams again they should be ashamed of themselves.

We had a great experience at Dreams Oxford. The staff were fantastic, and we were particularly well looked after by Josh, who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He took the time to understand our needs, helped us choose the right products, and guided us through the whole process without any pressure.

Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and supportive, making what could have been a difficult decision much easier. His advice and expertise gave us confidence that we were choosing the right products for our home.

The cuddly toy is lovely and my daughter loves it. One idea for the future might be to make it complimentary for customers spending over a certain amount, as it would be a nice added benefit and a memorable part of the experience.

Thank you to Josh and the team for all your help. We would happily recommend Dreams Oxford to family and friends.

This is the second bed in the last couple of years that’s coming to this house, I highly recommend Dreams to my daughter and her partner because I was very happy with both the service and my bed

Visited the Redditch branch today to purchase a double mattress topper. I was served by a lovely lady called Nicky who was an absolute delight and helped me select the perfect one. The other staff were also very cheerful, especially the elderly gentlemen. Highly recommend Dreams!

Ordered online with promised delivery in three weeks. Eventually an email apologising for delay owing to customs. Given date six weeks after order. Given time slot for today and promise of phone call. No phone call. No delivery. Sitting in house with entire upstairs in disorder waiting for my order. No sign. No phone call. No email. Tried customer service. One number had 60 minute delay and offered call back. Still waiting. Another number had no call back and I gave up after 20 minutes. No idea whether I shall ever get delivery. Complete limbo.

I have just visited Carl and the Team at Dreams in Basingstoke ! WOW what a team and what a great fun experience buying a new bed and mattress ! The mattress machine that recommends the right one for you is simply a game changer ! The knowledge Carl had was outstanding and absolutely no pressure for a sale ! I would definitely recommend this fantastic shop and service ! We will be back ! Tash and Mum

I had a really positive experience when I visited Dream Beds. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mackenzie, who was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout my visit.

Mackenzie took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me different beds and mattresses that suited my needs. I really appreciated how patient Mackenzie was when explaining the different options and answering all my questions. I was able to take my time, try out the different mattresses and compare the comfort and quality without feeling rushed or pressured.

The customer service was excellent, and Mackenzie made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I felt listened to and well looked after during my visit.

Overall, I had a great experience at Dream Beds and would be happy to recommend the store, especially because of the friendly and helpful service I received from Mackenzie.

I had a few reference points for my mattress purchase, including two mattresses I'd bought from Dreams over the last 15 years. The staff member knew the discontinued units by name and was able to direct to equivalents and answer all my questions. Very pleased with my experience.

Great service from start to finish. Lovely, helpful staff in the Liverpool Edge Lane store. Smooth delivery timing and set up by a very enthusiastic, happy guy. The bed itself looks fabulous and is very comfortable. I would recommend Dreams.

Customer Service really does not exist.
The Chat is down. Wait times on call over an hour. Cannot pay balance online due to function being "unavailable".
Shocking. Mattresses aren't revolutionary, so, without Customer Services, whats the point of not going elsewhere ?

Well Connie helped me make a decision which mattress to buy, offering 3/4 options within my budget. Also directed me to a machine to verify what was the best support matress for my body weight etc. So her attention and advise was very good.
MY only gripe, is that I have to wait 4 weeks for delivery for the purchase that I made. This is the 2nd mattress purchased from Dreams The 1st about 10- 12yrs ago. and if asked I always advise coming to Dreams, I think thay offer the best range and prices of beds/matresses in the Worthing area

Awesome experience today at dreams . The sales person was wonderful gave just enough guidance then left us to make up our mind .

My husband and I went into the New Malden store twice, the first time was to have a look at our options, the second was to make the purchase. The chp who walked us through the while process was excellent in every way, mattress choice, bedframe and customer service - thanks
