The staff in the store could be a lot more friendlier.

Great salesman who took us through the mattress test. It wasn't a hard sell but an attempt to get us the perfect mattress which we now have.

(8/09) Just had my new bed and mattress delivered and I am incredibly happy with the service from Dreams. We went in 1 month ago (08/08) and was served by Wakas who was extremely helpful (and patient) 😂. He put us on the mattress finder machine and showed us our options and we picked our new bed and mattress. We even ended up paying more than expected because of how generous and amazing Wakas was. My bed has just been arrived and assembled and the lads were great and done within an hour. Incredibly impressed with the service by dreams! 5 stars all round.

Amazing friendly staff, all of them in the Peterborough store, all knowledgeable, we were welcomed and made very welcome from entering the store to leaving, we were offered hot drinks and Amrit the store manager helped us choose the right mattress and pillows for our needs, not to mention the bed we bought too 😬 we were offered a delivery slot to fit in around our schedules and I honestly couldn’t fault anyone in the store today, keep doing what you’re doing Amrit and team

**Terrible delivery experience - poor communication and unprofessional staff**

I'm extremely disappointed with Dreams' delivery service and customer treatment. Just had a £3,038 order delivered today (Order #231A041920) and the experience was appalling.

**What went wrong:**
- Never told at purchase that bedroom furniture would only be delivered to hallway
- When I questioned this, the delivery driver became argumentative and insisted bedroom delivery would cost extra
- Most shocking: when I asked to speak to a manager to resolve the issue, the driver flat-out refused to let me speak to anyone

**The real problem:**
For over £3,000, you'd expect professional service and basic courtesy. Instead, I got treated poorly and denied the right to escalate when there was clearly a service dispute. The driver showed zero customer service skills and no willingness to find a solution.

**Why this matters:**
I have another £2,500 order with Dreams that I'm now seriously reconsidering. When a company treats a £5,500+ customer this poorly on the first delivery, it doesn't give confidence for future purchases.

**What should have happened:**
- Clear communication about delivery limitations upfront
- Professional handling of customer concerns
- Access to management when requested
- Solutions, not arguments

Dreams needs to seriously review their delivery training and customer service standards. Completely unacceptable treatment of customers who are spending thousands of pounds.

This is an absolutely appalling and disgraceful experience. I am writing this review to warn others about the utter lack of respect and professionalism from Dreams' delivery service.

A delivery van from Dreams drove down my cul-de-sac and, instead of properly maneuvering the vehicle, the driver deliberately cut the corner and drove directly over my front garden. In doing so, they completely destroyed a significant portion of my hedgerow, damaging numerous bushes in the process.

This is not a simple mistake; it shows a complete disregard for customer property and a shocking lack of training. Dreams should be ashamed of this driver and their unacceptable behavior. This incident is a clear reflection of the poor standards of their delivery service.

If the customer care team at Dreams wishes to follow up on this matter, I have the entire incident captured on my security camera as proof.

I highly advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice before using their delivery service. You never know what disrespect you'll have to deal with!

Everything from inquiry to finance to actual delivery of my bed and mattress went smoothly and as expected.

Dreams really made my dreams come through.

Good choice of beds with a knowledgeable salesman. Delivery was confirmed on the day and bed delivered to the house. Minimal construction needed and the occupant is very happy with the purchase. Would recommend them.
