I highly recommend the team at Dreams Peterborough. From assisting customers in-store to delivering the products, they were professional throughout the entire process.

The delivery was on time, and we even received a courtesy call that morning, which was greatly appreciated. This was our second mattress purchase from them in the past few years, and once again we were very satisfied with the experience.

Great service and great product. Really impressed with the staff and the delivery team. Would 100% recommend.

Upgraded to a king size bed and spent a lot of time choosing a good mattress. Had very good help from knowledgeable sales assistant in Peterborough branch; delivery was on time and new bed is a huge success.

We purchased a bed base and mattress from Dreams about three months ago. The bed base is ok, however the mattress is a different matter. The salesperson got us to be assessed on their computerised bed system from which they said they had our perfect mattress of which we had a choice of six which we were made to lay on in turn and choose which one we wanted. The mattresses we were asked to choose from were the top of the range and very expensive, we could have purchased two from elsewhere for the cost of their one. But we were persuaded the Dreams mattress was of far superior quality. We were told it was covered for comfort in that if it proved not to be the suitable mattress for us that their computer had chosen. We had to use it for 30 days before we requested an exchange and that we must have a mattress protector so the mattress wouldn’t be dirty or they would not exchange the unwanted mattress. Lo and behold this protector was £84 as it was a special cooling one, as I told them I get warm when sleeping, I can assure you it had no more cooling power than one I had purchased previously for under £10.
I went back to the Dreams shop and explained the mattress was uncomfortable and had collapsed on both sides of the mattress, it is a super king, and it was rotated weekly as we were told to do. The salesperson in the shop said they couldn’t arrange the replacement of the mattress as it was uncomfortable due to being faulty so I was told to contact customer service which I did and they said that they would exchange the mattress so I was to tell them what mattress we wanted which I said we couldn’t do without seeing what was on offer. They said that I was to go back to the shop and choose a mattress that suited us and tell the shop to call them with the number of the mattress we wanted which we did. Lo and behold before we got home I received an email saying that the exchange was ok but they couldn’t give me an exchange date until I paid them £495 which I paid just to get it sorted. Whey they turned up to do the exchange they said they might not be able to complete the exchange as the mattress was damaged and in order to do the exchange it had to be perfect as it was being replaced for being uncomfortable not damaged. I explained I had told them all about the mattress being faulty but they said that’s not what was on their paperwork. After a great deal of discussion they decided to ring their office and after quite some time eventually they completed the mattress exchange. However on hindsight I feel well and truly scammed.
Since all of this happened I have done some research, which I should have done in the first place, I have discovered I could have saved over a £1000.
If you ask my advice I would say be very careful before buying from Dreams, don’t get taken in by there sales gobble de gook like I did and do thorough research into other options.
I have heard from Dreams with regard to my review and as you would expect it is totally my fault so they are not to blame for their atrocious treatment of us. Once again, if you ask my opinion think very carefully before buying from Dreams.

Very efficient delivery of sofa bed which is an excellent product and very good value. No complaints at all.

Having decided we needed a new bed as the current one left me with aching shoulders and neck we decided to visit Dreams to check out some different mattresses and beds.
The staff were great and both me and the wife were invited to spend 3 minutes on a computer controlled mattress (felt a bit silly at this point!). However, the computer then tells you the best mattress for you both - and it didn't lie! We tried out several of the recommendations and settled on our favourite. We then selected a bed with plenty of storage space and sorted out the finances. We were very happy to buy over 10 months interest free after paying a deposit.
Throughout the staff were knowledgeable and professional, plus the free coffee was much appreciated.
Overall a good experience. We paid more than we expected to, however, but the great night's sleep we both have on a bed that should last us years is well worth it.

Myself and my partner came into the Peterborough store and we were approached by a lovely lady called Lucy. She went above and beyond to help us to find the right mattress. I explained I suffer with a bad back and am currently pregnant. Lucy knew which mattress would be best for us and we actually purchased one that she had recommended. We were very happy with her service she made our trip so dreams so enjoyable. She was patient with us as we were in the store for quite some time trying out lots of different mattresses.
It was really disappointing to see how she was spoken to by her assistant and store manager. It was really upsetting as a customer to witness a young girl being spoken down to by her managers. I didn’t want to walk out without purchasing the mattress because of how helpful Lucy had been it was just a shame that our lovey experience was ruined at the end because of this.

These guys are more like sleep consultants than mattress sales people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. No pushy sales or following their own agenda just busy trying to find you the correct product. Very impressed!

Approx 2.30 on 30th March. After initially being treated abysmally by an older male member of staff who had obviously decided that I was a complete waste of his time, I was handed over to Alisia (not sure if that’s how you spell her name). She was kindness and politeness itself. Answering all my queries in an extremely professional manner. I cannot rate her highly enough.

When I went to (Dreams store) the staff were very helpful. Laying on the computer assessing mattress was very helpful in finding my best options. The two male delivery service men were very polite. They removed my old mattress and replaced my new Dreams mattress without any problems. I would definitely come back and recommend (Dreams Stores) to anyone or everyone i know. Positive and helpful company with very skilled staff.

Very pleased with my new bed and mattress. Sleeping just great. The buying and delivery could not have been any better great service all round. Would highly recommend Dreams for your new bed.
