The antlers on the ‘Giant bronze wall…
The antlers on the ‘Giant bronze wall stag head’ are not as described in the image used on the website. One of the antlers goes straight up in the air, which looks comical.
Dibor agreed they are not symmetrical as per the image, but offered not resolution other than a refund after collection.
This waisted our time, & Dibor are holding our money until collection which has taken £250 out of our account for several days.
Also, the antlers did not fit particularly well and you could see daylight through them.
Not what you expect for £250.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you feel your time has been wasted.
We can confirm that a courier collection has already been arranged to pick up the stag head tomorrow. As standard business procedure, a refund cannot be issued until the goods are returned or at least in transit.
However, to speed up this process for you, we will issue your £212.50 refund as soon as the courier scans the package at your door upon collection, rather than waiting for it to arrive back at our warehouse.
We are handling the matter as quickly as possible and will process the transaction the moment the collection is confirmed.

Disappointing…
Ordered 6 plant pots 5 had small chips in the top, the 6th was completely cracked.
I had to wait for the pot to be collected, then send proof, then chase up to see if it was back at their depot yet as they said they would send a replacement once received.
They have received it back but as yet no replacement has been sent.
Very disappointing.

Service excellent from Dibor but……
Service excellent from Dibor. Item looks very nice and is now functional however one of the cross braces on the log store was only drilled on one end and the base plate needed filed to fit. Fortunately my husband was able to do all this otherwise I would have had to return it.

All I can say is WOW . A stunning autumn wreath
All I can say is WOW. It is STUNNING. To say I'm blown away by it's quality and gorgeousness is an underestimation.
I ordered a beautiful front door wreath as a gift, An autumn leaf with pink and yellow flowers.
it arrived in less than 48hrs packaged in a sturdy quality box. It arrived in perfect condition, normally with others you expect to have to rearrange some squashed flowers. NOT THIS ONE. they're not silk, all are attached to a sturdy wicker wreath . Handmade by a family in Yorkshire (I wish I could attach a photo on here) if you're tempted don't hesitate. They deserve 10+ stars for service and quality.
