Dissapointed
We received the order 3 days after ordering opened it the following morning (in daylight). We are slightly disappointed in the quality of the wreath as there are unsightly visible glue marks in a few places, a couple of the rose petals are loose/ unattached and there is one area where there should be a rose petal but there's a gap is and the ring beneath is clearly visible.
It is quite fragile for an item I expected to display outside my door over the festive period, I had expected it to be of a more robust condition.
I am sorry for the slightly negative comments, however I will keep the wreath but will be unlikely to purchase anything else in the future.

The best quality of Christmas stockings that I ordered got few years ago then got additional families. I have ordered 3 stockings with gold on trim by accident which should be plain red only with no gold trim but I did email to customer service before they post out which it was too lates. Any way still lovely quality reds velvet stockings with gold trim. Delighted for it’s for this Christmas!

We had a bag and honestly thought it…
We had a bag and honestly thought it was great until the handles wore out really quick.
So we bought another one and then called Dibor today to let them know about the handles, and hope they would replace the old one.
They're reaction was the bag was out of date and they didn't want to know or help.
Be careful, the handles may wear out for you too..

I love this company the items I’ve purchased so far of the last couple of years are beautifully made beautifully packaged and their delivery time is spot on. I have recently purchased a set of two soup bowls with plates. I was so pleased with these that I ordered two more one of which was just slightly chipped. I called them straight away sent a photo within three days. I had a replacement. I will always shop Dibor for the quality and service.

Our chairs are manufactured in the far East specifically for our brand. The timber undergoes a rigorous heat-treatment process during production to protect against insect infestation, which our manufacturer has confirmed. While we cannot provide individual batch certificates, please rest assured that the wood has been fully treated and is FSC certified.
We have already contacted you directly to waive our standard return fee. We have offered a full collection at our expense alongside a complete refund. Please reply to our email with your preferred collection date so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
