Lovely bottle top candle holder
I ordered a bottle candle holder from this company which was an easy process. The item matches the description and pictures on website and it arrived undamaged. Delivery was within expected time frame. It is a great gift for a couple and a lovely way to keep and use a bottle from a special occasion. It fits the top of a champagne bottle from my daughter’s wedding perfectly.

I ordered two wreaths for Xmas, one was lovely but the other one just looked bare and raggedy, very disappointing. When I contacted customer service they sorted out the return and refund with speed and courtesy, hence the 4 star review!

I love the accessories that you have
I love the accessories that you have, I did read a review about them being slightly expensive. I haven’t found them to be. The quality is very good, so I think that justifies the prices - you get what you pay for.
These bells that I ordered are absolutely amazing, I’m not sure where they will go as quite large, but no doubt I will find somewhere!
Your packaging is very good, as is the speed of shipping. All excellent 5*.

My products arrived broken!
My parcel arrived and both the stags were broken. I contacted customer support (which wasn’t easy) sent 5 emails and then called again. This time I spoke to a lovely lady who sent DPD to collect my broken goods so I could receive a refund. DPD have now NOT arrived 4 times!! The parcel is big and taking up needed space as we have building works taking place and my husband has had to stay home each time to be able to hand over the parcel. Last Thursday was the last time they were meant to arrive… they didn’t!!! And I have emailed customer support to again say DPD didn’t arrive! I have now not had a reply! I’m really not happy with the huge inconvenience and disruption to our lives to get this parcel collected! Not a good experience so far!

Intricate blue and white design
My parcel arrived after a few weeks of waiting however it was worth the wait. Absolutely stunning lamp, lovely shade with intricate blue and white design. Very sturdy, value for money and lovely brass finish. This is my third purchase from Dibor. Very happy with their products.

I ordered the planter Welly’s for my Dad’s Birthday and had them sent straight to his address, when he opened them it was smashed to pieces so I contacted customer service and a lady called Amber was extremely apologetic and dealt with it straight away and had a new one sent out, i honestly couldn’t fault this company and the way they dealt with my situation, the Welly’s are great quality and my Dad absolutely loves them! Accidents happen and the customer care service from this company is second to none! I would absolutely buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Such a beautiful wreath in time for the festive season. Such amazing quality, the wreath will hopefully last years. I did have an issue as Royal Mail mis-delivered my wreath so it never came, but I got in touch with customer services who sent out another one which arrived safely. Communication was efficient, very pleased.

Jute Log Carrier
Perfect for me and just what I needed. I’m yet to use but when I need to bring logs in from outside, this will come into its own and looks good too. Incorrect item sent and no invoice in packaging. After much difficulty was able to actually speak to someone. I now have to buy packing tape and take package to post office, wait for it to be received before correct item may be sent to me.
