Poor service
Ordered 2 outdoor mirrors and only one was delivered, No notification why. When contacted Dibor to find out where the other mirror was, they told me the it would be next day delivery, had to wait a further two days until it was delivered.

I ordered two of the welly planters which are well made and were well packaged. Make great gifts.
One package was lost by courier but Dibor customer services arranged for a replacement order and this arrived shortly after. Can recommend this company for quality and prompt help from their customer services.

I ordered an antique lantern and stand
I ordered an antique lantern and stand. Ir was delivered and on opening it was severely smashed and missing the stand. I contacted customer care and the last was helpful in sorting a courier to collect the lantern and reordering another. The second lantern was delivered yesterday and again it arrived smashed with no stand!!I contacted customer care again who told me this lantern was no longer in stock and I would need to return it for my refund. I just cannot believe that this expensive item is so carelessly delivered. This is not the first time this has happened with Dibor. In the past items have been sent and smashed on arrival. I worry about items needlessly going into landfill and the waste of this beautiful items. Yes I got an apology but no discount on next purchase or temptation to make a further purchase for all the trouble caused.

i bought the laying down stag for my mums 80th day. i originally asked for it to be delivered to my address. then i changed my mind as asked the company to hold the order for a week and then deliver it to my mother on her actual birthday the stag is gorgeous my mum is a very difficult person to buy for BUT SHE LOVED IT! i am so impressed with the customer service and the actual product.

Ordered a companion set which is very big. When it arrived realised that the shovel brush and poker only balance on the top of the stand!!! Which doesn't even work. Got in touch with dibor and want a return label and they said l would have to return at a cost of £10.00 to myself. If l could show the video of them constantly falling off when people walk near them as we have old wooden flooring. They don't work and are not good quality. I wouldn't recommend the company as they don't care about customer care. A waste because l can't sell them on as l wouldn't want anyone or child be be injured if the items fell off.

As stated in our returns policy, when an item is delivered exactly as described and shown, any return is classified as a change of mind, and the customer covers the return postage costs themselves. We do offer a collection service for a £10 fee as a convenience, but you are also entirely welcome to arrange your own return transport through a courier of your choice.
