Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry that you are disappointed with the resolution offered for your dinner service.
We have looked into your order details to clarify the discount applied. Our records show that you purchased two 12-piece dinnerware sets in total. When you reported the slight glaze imperfections on three individual pieces, we processed a substantial partial refund covering the value of one full 12-piece set, not just the 3 pieces affected.
We always aim to provide fair resolutions for any product imperfections, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your opinion and feedback with us.
