All I can say is WOW . A stunning autumn wreath
All I can say is WOW. It is STUNNING. To say I'm blown away by it's quality and gorgeousness is an underestimation.
I ordered a beautiful front door wreath as a gift, An autumn leaf with pink and yellow flowers.
it arrived in less than 48hrs packaged in a sturdy quality box. It arrived in perfect condition, normally with others you expect to have to rearrange some squashed flowers. NOT THIS ONE. they're not silk, all are attached to a sturdy wicker wreath . Handmade by a family in Yorkshire (I wish I could attach a photo on here) if you're tempted don't hesitate. They deserve 10+ stars for service and quality.

Perfect Christmas Wreath
Excellent service from start to finish. Bought a beautiful Christmas wreath for my front door. It was delivered in a couple of days. It was wrapped and boxed. Stunning but glue gun required.
I ordered about 16 wreaths each one is beautiful in its own right however, its a good job that I own a glue gun because 7 of them had their cones and baubles dislodged during transit. Nevertheless the wreaths are stunning and I bought them at their sale price too - delivery was superfast . I didn't get a chance to check the wreaths upon delivery because I was going away.

We appreciate you letting us know about the loose cones and baubles. While we are happy your glue gun did the trick, we will certainly pass this feedback on to our packing team to make sure our items are secured even better for transit in the future.
Thank you again for your order, and we hope you enjoy displaying your beautiful wreaths.

Planter & service
I realised I’d given my England address for delivery instead of my friend’s new Scotland address! Dibor were lovely about it and sorted it out so my friend received the housewarming gift as intended. They even popped in a note to say congratulations for me, really nice service, thank you. My friend loves the planter which is the perfect size and style for her small but very precious and long awaited first property to have a garden!!

Nice design but not as big as expected
Nice design but not as big as expected. I love the dove design but the picture is somewhat misleading as I wanted a nice large cosy hot chocolate cup but it is not generous enough. The lady in the picture must have very small hands!

We are sorry to hear that the mug was not as generous or large as you had expected for a cosy hot chocolate. Your comments regarding the product imagery and sizing are incredibly helpful, and we will pass this on to our photography and web teams to ensure our descriptions and pictures give a clearer representation for future customers.
