Quality agent, Yasmin
Have been with DCL for last 7 years. Wasn't happy this time as I came to realise that the previous agents who handled my PCO insurance renewal were not clear of what the policy holds.
For this year renewal, Yasmin was clear and precise about the policy. No hidden fees and all items in the policy were clearly explained.
I did my renewal this year with DCL because of how the agent handled the client.
DCL would be better if all agents had Yasmin qualities.
