Very nice and comfortable

Our stay was great. Communication with Staymo was fluent, and we had no problems. They were always responsive. The apartment was tidy and clean, with all the necessary equipment. The apartment description matched the actual property.

We stayed at this accommodation in London as a group of three friends, and it was absolutely sufficient for our needs and very comfortable overall.

One of the biggest advantages was the communication from the host, which was excellent throughout the entire process. Before arrival, we received clear and well-structured instructions, making everything completely stress-free. During the stay, communication was fast, helpful, and very accommodating, which we truly appreciated. The same level of professionalism continued even after our departure.

I would especially like to highlight the perfectly prepared check-in instructions – everything was clear, detailed, and easy to follow, so accessing the apartment was seamless. We were also kindly allowed an earlier check-in, which made a big difference after our journey and helped us start the stay in a relaxed way.

The apartment was exactly as described – we used the iron, dryer, and other equipment, and everything worked perfectly. We also appreciated the ample storage space in the bedroom and the overall quiet atmosphere, both inside the apartment and in the surrounding area.

If I were to mention minor points, there is no metro station directly next to the property, so it’s necessary to walk about 5 minutes – which was not an issue for us at all. Also, the building has relatively narrow stairs, which could be slightly inconvenient with larger luggage, but nothing significant.

Overall, we were very satisfied – the accommodation met our expectations, communication was excellent, and the entire stay went smoothly. We would definitely recommend it.

Nossa hospedagem no espaço do Frankie / Staymo foi ótima! O apartamento correspondeu ao descrito, estava limpo e equipado com tudo que necessitamos. As instruções de check-in e de como utilizar os equipamentos foram detalhadas e bem fáceis de entender. Frankie foi receptivo e respondia com rapidez. Nos sentimos em casa. E a localização é muito boa, perto de variados transportes públicos que tem levam a praticamente todos os cantos da cidade. Muito fácil de se locomover. Além do bairro ter muitas opções de restaurantes, lojas e mercados. Recomendamos o espaço do Frankie / Staymo.

Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus war wie beschrieben sehr gut geeignet für 4 Personen und auch die Lage war wunderbar. Die Innenstadt ist sehr gut erreichbar und zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe laden zum verweilen ein. Die Gastgeberin rund um staymo war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Es war ein herausragender Aufenthalt wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Amber and Staymo made our stay very easy and comfortable! The apartment in South Kensington was clean, quiet and just as described in the advert. Everything you need was provided for. The area was friendly, nice shops and restaurants were nearby. The check-in procedure went smoothly. Amber answered all questions quickly and offered advice and support. We very much recommend a stay in this flat!

We loved our stay :) The apartment was clean and great, everything you could need! Beautiful view of a very old church right across, it was just lovely. Mark was great as well, would highly recommend his place!

With iconic spots like the Natural History Museum and King’s Road within walking distance, we truly felt like real Londoners. We highly recommend this property for an authentic London experience!

We stayed in an apartment in London through Staymo. We enjoyed our stay there. The apartment matches the photos. It's in a central location with easy access to public transport. The communication was very responsive and timely. When we forgot one of our personal belongings after returning the keys, they were able to offer solutions quickly.

Frankie from Staymo’s quiet little flat in Paddington was the perfect place for 2 people to explore London. It is only minutes walk from multiple transport options as well as supermarkets and restaurants. It is also easy to walk to multiple parks, shopping and attractions. The flat is well equipped with cooking and washing facilities.

Frankie, our host from Staymo was excellent. Quick and comprehensive communication and the instructions to find the flat and check-in were easy to follow.

Cozy apartment with a character, looks even better in a real life than on photos. A lot of sunlight and space. Kitchen was well-organized and perfect for cooking. The bed was one of the softest and most comfortable in our life. The Battersea district is the best even for a long term stay. Very quiet but surrounded of great coffee shops, bus stops, supermarkets, barbershops etc. Sarah and Starmo were amazing in communication 🤩

The place was good and clean and near the place we needed to be in london. The discription sad that the nearest tube was 15min walk but is was only 5min which was great.
The check in instructions given were perfect so it was easy to find and get acces to the Airbnb.
The only dowside were the beds, they were a bit to stiff for us all.
