The host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with when necessary. The flat was lovely and everything was clean - beautiful sheets! The location was also excellent with easy access to the centre of London within 15 minutes.

Location is the key for this fully refurbished apartment. The size does matter with two big bedrooms one master. Two separate bathrooms can host easily two couples or a big family. New apliances and spotless clean spaces. Staymo is a guarantee.Just next door to our favorite coffee shops and resto. Metro station of Bayswater and Queensway on your feet as the Kensington gardens and the Hyde park and the busy Oxfort street. Museums are in walking distance too through the park

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, They say stains are yours which aren't then they hold a £600 deposit to clean it. It's been 2 weeks and they still have £2000 pounds as a deposit. They have ignored my calls and messages and are trying to hold me to ransom AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, hosted by Staymo.
Everything was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport, which made getting around very convenient. Check‑in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful with local tips. The apartment was well equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to a comfortable bed and fast Wi‑Fi. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
Lovely neighbourhood
Lovely neighbourhood, relatively clean flat. Only major downsides - no elevator and a little noisy as it's directly above the Overground tracks

Very nice stay. Impeccably clean property with lots of amenities. Only downside was the inconvenience of key pick up location. On site keys via lockbox would have made my rating 5 stars.

We had a very pleasant stay in your apartment
We had a very pleasant stay in your apartment in London with the company StayMo. It was ideally located, just a three-minute walk from the subway, which made getting around the city very easy.
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. In addition, you were very available and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Untrustworthy theives
This is not a trustworthy company. I rented a place over the Christmas holidays and the day before I arrived they inform me the microwave is broken. When I get there, there was no kettle and the property was not well maintained. A piece of the bannister was broken and there were marks all over the carpet, flooring, walls and furniture. We complained and were told that the microwave "was never advertised or promised as fully operational" and even though there was no kettle we "can also boil water in a pot". They were very unhelpful in dealing with the disappointment we faced when we arrived at the property.
We were offered no compensation for this inconvenience. In addition to all of this, the company requires you to provide your card for a security deposit and conduct an inventory on checking in and checking out. The deposit amount was extortionate and the inventory process was really difficult to navigate. To add insult to injury, after checking out the hosts charged me £134 for "damage" 2 weeks later without notifying me or discussing it. When I queried it, they sent pictures of marks on the walls and countertops that existed prior to our stay. But when I complained about the marks at check-in, they said "some marks and minor wear and tear are normal and expected". When I sent photos that showed the marks existed before, they stopped responding to me. I went to booking.com which is how I booked their property. They didn't and still haven't responded to booking.com. A few weeks later they then charged my card twice more, took almost £300 and have not responded to me since when I called them out on this theft. They have not responded to booking.com either. They are slippery, slimy theives who should not be trusted by any means. They over-promise and under-deliver and I am now out of £400 with no contact to remedy this situation. Look elsewhere entirely. Protect yourself and your money and stay away from staymo.
That’s a super nice flat
That’s a super nice flat! I stayed with my family for a few days. The flat and the facilities are very clean, new and modern. The beds and sofas are comfortable. The location is great. The flat it’s just less than 3 minutes away on foot. With the DLR you can go everywhere.
