Re Dean Hardy he is efficient, helpful and always does a good job, and with being a charity it’s all about the money he delivers.

Great customer service, I really feel we have built a great relationship, where DBS Danielle understands our business and gets us great prices. She goes the extra mile, and deals with our supplier on our behalf tying up loose ends and resolving queries with them, freeing up our business's time and saving us a lot of money. We have been with them since 2022 and their prices have been so competitive that no other company - and I have tried, has got close to them.

Absolutely devastated. Told my rates would go down if the market shifted. An absolute lie. Account manager gone silent, won’t reply. Complaints team have followed up but seem to have a water tight response to every email or WhatsApp. Never will do business will these crooks again. Not sure how they sleep at night. No compassion, no empathy. Avoid at all costs.

Mr Paul Cudlip keeps me updated always as and when energy prices change ( up or down ) and the professional help that he offers gives me confidence in his company business acumen.

Stacey Patterson is a superstar. We have switched to British Gas from Kings Gas and Power and between the 2 companies my workload has increased from 2 hours per month to 2 hours every other day trying to sort out readings, invoicing and payments.
Stacey is liaising with BG for me every day until we get things sorted.

Great Service, Straight forward and Trent was very helpful and polite

The renewal of our energy contracts with multiple sites and a total of 12 meters was carried in the most efficient manner by Michael Tansey, but most importantly as an end user, Direct Energy Solutions were most competitive.

Reece Jenson helped us obtain a new Electricity contract with Total. It was cheaper than our current deal and we were satisfied with what we were provided. Very Happy!
