Alex Davies was great at explaining the rising costs in energy and securing a great deal for our business renewal in April 2026 so now no matter how much the prices increase, and they will, we are fixed in to 2029. Thank you for being so understanding and informative (Shout goes out too, to Panashe who was also very friendly and helpful before introducing me to Alex)

Have been cold called today 5/08/25 although we are TPS Reg by Direct Business Solutions.
Was told by the caller he found our number on the internet and did not screen for TPS.

Also told he held our company details on a data list which we had not given permission for against the Digital data protection act.

This is the second time in as many months, was reading the same script.

Draw your own conclusion from the above.

Contact was always prompt and courteous during the period leading up to the agreement and signing of the agreed contract. The team we spoke with quickly understood how we work as a business and were not 'pushy' as some brokers can be.

We've used the team before and know they often come up with the best deals. I really appreciated the follow up email after a phone call to put the information in writing. There is always the time pressure to make a quick decision as with all similar companies, but I really appreciated that they respected the date I gave them for our trustee meeting to come back to us for a decision.

Direct Business Group signed me up for metering services with Siemens a year before my contract start date so I'm currently having to pay Siemens for a service I don't need! Despite following up with Direct Business Group weekly, they've done nothing to rectify it! I really wouldn't recommend.
