Competitive Prices
With energy prices being quite considerable currently, we went to a few brokers and GEAB were the most competitive. Also very good communication throughout. I dealt with Michael Hilton who I thought was very thorough.

I dealt with James Scott at GEAB and he…
I dealt with James Scott at GEAB and he was very helpful at reducing our costs over a number of years going forward. He also helped reduce our availability charges by reducing our KVA from tier 3 to tier 2 so overall we are very happy with the service we received from all the team.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company, they don't look after your needs, the only thing they are after is massive commission. They also put me in a pass through contract, which is going to be detrimental to my business. Works out at approx 45p kwh. They use terminology that makes it sound as if your getting a good deal, but its quite the opposite!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate all feedback whether positive or negative.
As you will be aware you originally raised your alleged issues with GEABs complaints department who, after investigation, determined that you had correctly and clearly been advised of the product type and contract details. They came to the conclusion that you had not been mis-sold your contract.
Following this you have since raised your complaint with both the supplier direct and The Energy Ombudsman and after a full investigation both supplier and TEO came to the same conclusion that you had been provided with a clear explanation of the product type and contract details, and that you had not been mis-sold your contract.
GEAB regrets that you feel you as though you have not had the best experience, however everything was clearly explained to you and you made an informed decision from there to proceed.
