We recently worked with DBSE, and I can’t speak highly enough of Tom and Aaron for their outstanding support in helping us secure strong tariffs for both our gas and electricity contracts. Totally mis-sold an electric contract by a sales person, Michael Tansey. He lied and said the contract was fully fixed with no additional charges over the two year term which was what we needed and (have always had) as we are a residential caravan park. I have contacted their complaints team who will not accept this. I am still awaiting the recorded telephone calls.
