Following the new utilities contract we have also installed Bitpool across our UK sites giving us the ability to remotely view and monitor all our our utilities as well as plant and equipment. this gives us an in depth breakdown and analysis to help be as sufficient as possible. Ross, Nathanial, and Jay have been incredibly helpful in setting up Bitpool, ensuring our dashboard is exactly how we wanted it.

In June may father who was suffering and being assessed for cognitive decline was cold called and coerced into signing up to an energy contract which would start in November. He had unknowingly already signed up to a contract with another company but had forgotten about it.
He subsequently passed away in September when this company called my brother who forwarded the issue on to me. I unknowingly agreed to the contract without knowing that my dead father had already agreed a contract and when I was and still am suffering from depression after my own wife died of breast cancer at age 53 leaving me and our son. I explained this this to them and they first threatened me and are now demanding £4,701 + vat in compensation.
These people are evil.
