The one purpose of a broker is to get a good deal for the customer as they are the 'experts' or so I was told by them. Do not believe them as they are just as clueless as the man on the street. I am now tied into years of contracts at rates 4 times higher than everyone else. Try to negotiate, ask for help or advice and they are not interested. All they want you to do is click your contract and they have you locked in, watertight. They don't care about you, your business, your mental health, just their profit. Absolutely gutted I trusted these people to help me get a good deal for my business as now being charged 19p per kwh for gas I am on the verge of insolvency.

I have been dealing with Barry Hodgson, who has been trying to sort out issues with our currently Electricity supplier and arranging the best new provider going forward. Nothing has been too much trouble for Barry, he has been great. He's a pleasure to deal with, always willing to help whenever he can. So nice to not have someone pushing you to make a quick decision when you've not got all the details to hand or the backing from other committee members of our club

Tom looked after us brilliantly. DBS have been reliable and helpful.

"Ryan" was told multiple times the owner is not available and is not interested.

When a company says no, the answer is no. Stop calling and using pushy sales tactics. It's not a way to win business over.

I find Direct Business Solutions are very helpful, transparent. They take time to listen and understand the individual needs of the business. Wayne Forrest has been a great communicator, knowledgeable and clearly explains everything, he has worked hard to find a good deal for us. Throughout the contract period they are on hand to help with any issues and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Chris the Engie broker was very helpful and patient through out the change over from different energy companies for the lecky and then sorted out a deal for dual fuel which seemed to go through smoothly.What could have been a nightmare was made all the better for having dealings with someone who knows what their talking about!
