Tremendous support.
I received tremendous support and guidance from the staff working both in the repair section of Curry's and the sale side of the business.
I had my lap top in for repair and I was given excellent advice by a employee named Ian throughout as to what my options were without any pressure whatsoever.
On his advice I bought a Chromebook which is adequate for my needs very pleased with my purchase.
I most definitely recommend Curry's for any items you need they are extremely helpful and value for money.

I purchased a monitor and in returning home, failed to make it work. A quick trip back to the Bromborough store saw a chap on your 'Help Desk' who immediately resolved the problem by resetting my lap top and heypresto everything worked fine.

Knowledgable staff but limited product availability and no samples
The sales assistant seemed knowledgeable about the phones I was looking at.
They didn’t have all the range of colours of the phone I wanted. And no samples of the colours. I was told what sort of shade of colour it was. I had to buy it to see.
There was no offer to set the phone up, swap the sim over which I would have thought would be at least offered.
