I was just collecting an order but the young man was helpful and efficient.

The assistant who helped me, was very pleasant and helpful, Whilst I was looking at the laptops a assistant who had what I presumed was a trainee came over and I was mid sentence talking about the laptop to my daughter and was just about to ask them to purchase it but they had already walked away,

Excellent knowledgeable staff in the Bromborough store - special thanks to Ian & Oliver. Made buying a TV easy with expert advice given freely and no hard push to one brand or another. Staff like this are golden

Just recently I popped into Currys in the Croft Industrial Estate in Bromborough as I was experiencing problems with my TV remote controller and just needed a wee bit of help.

The first person to greet me was a lovely friendly lady called Kerry - she helped me with my problem re the remote - then I decided to chat about problems with my WIFI - she then called her colleague, Ian who turned out to be just as helpful.

All in all the whole experience was brilliant and all problems solved.

I would 100% recommend calling to Currys with any problems you may be experiencing with electrical goods.

Firstly put secret shoppers in currys in bromborough, staff seem to dissappear when customers are in store. This visit when I did get a member of staff he was fine at first and found what I required (sort of) as what is normal for Currys staff they push a policy to keep your appliances insured should something go wrong, also safety on line policies, this visit nothing, nada, total lack of offers, he rushed through the sale even took me to pay at a pay point in the gaming section instead of the main desk. The reason coud have been because two customers had returned to the store that he had dealt with earlier, but I could be wrong only he knows why my sale was rushed through. I have found this happens often in the Bromborough store, if there was a different shop that dealt with the same things Currys do I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Peter was excellent in helping us trade in and purchase our new phones. He was very patient and helpful through the entire process.

Currys were amazing from purchase to delivery and connection would never shop anywhere else deffo 10 out of 10

My problem started on 2/06/26 when I bought an LG TV and soundbar (for nearly £2000!). I was given the wrong TV in store. I went back but was told it was my responsibility to get it back to the store. This was tricky due to it's size but I did it. The customer care manager was rude, unhelpful, arrogant and seemed to be having some kind of petty dispute with the serving staff. Asking me to walk across the huge store and back to get basic info from the staff that he could have looked up easily. Eventually I get the correct TV.
The other day I noticed the subwoofer had stopped working. I contacted LG and Currys. It was clearly broken. No help from either. Was told as 30days had expired no chance of a replacement. But I could get a repair. No chance of replacement!!! it was 12 weeks old!! Apparently this is legal so beware of this. Currys "helpline" useless said I had to go in store with soundbar and subwoofer. I did this but when I got there the staff rang LG and I then had to speak with LG on the phone. I was told it was up to me to provide proof of purchase, serial number a short video clip of the thing not working. Currys just left me to it. I had to take the soundbar and woofer back home. I have since looked this up and it is apparently in direct breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. My contract is with Currys, not LG. Under UK law, because the fault occurred within six months, the burden of proof lies with Currys, and Currys are legally responsible for arranging the repair or replacement. They should have taken it and dealt with it. I had an absolute nightmare with LG trying to sort it (including trying to get a video clip of small enough file size to attach to an email. Clearly done to make it difficult for you). Eventually it has started to move but the repair still needs to be arranged. We'll see. I am appalled at Currys!! I have spent nearly £4000 in the last 10 months at this store and will likely never spend a penny there again. No interest in aftercare at all, either in store or on the helpline on the phone. And it would appear it total breach of UK consumer law!!
I have since researched the sound bar. It has a history of breaking in the same way mine has shortly after purchase!! A common fault. Forgive me for thinking that when I was sold the TV and soundbar as a package in a "good deal" to encourage me to buy, Currys was perhaps just trying to offload stock that is unreliable? I have emailed a few addresses for Currys that I have found online (with receipts proving how much I have given them in the last 10 months). I am awaiting a reply, If the addresses are still valid. It's not easy trying to contact someone other than generic customer liaison staff who are of little to no help to be honest.
Really disappointed Currys. Great until something goes faulty or wrong. I thought you were better.

All was perfect but would have been better if one was offered seting up of tv at home?

The shop assistant was very helpful and polite, answering all of our questions and finding out more details.

Fast reliable service kept up to date with delivery time fitters were professional skilled and very respectful. An excellent service overall can't fault anything.

Brilliant experience only went to have a look see if would price match ending buying a pair of meta glases.
