Lorna provided an exceptional level of customer service when I contacted Currys to return an item. She signposted all the way through from pre pick up and followed up once the item was picked up to again provide detail of next steps. Great service - thanks Lorna.

Our business team at CurrysPCworld has been an incredible support in terms of technical knowledge across a wide range of diverse products. The Edinburgh business hub Bob, Ange and John has supported our charity East Renfrewshire Good Causes for many years including through Lockdown. Their friendly customer service is incredible.

Currys are hopeless. Impossible to get through by phone and one has to endure endless irrelevent options and unnecessary verbiage at the end of which I am told to look at the website. AI assistance is hopeless. It just guesses answers. Really poor service for a delayed delivery that I have not received yet but yet I paid for. Unless I get a very rapid response I will never buy from Currys again and report my awful experience to friends and colleagues so they avoid Currys as well.

Appreciation for Lorna. I received Business laptop with a defect . I had called Business currys and Lorna picked up the call and immediately apologised , arranged a collection next day and ordered a new laptop delivered for next day delivery.

I forgot to ask for the NRLA discount when I place my order. I sent in an email and Lorna sorted it all out. I have now updated my login details so the NRLA discount is automatically applied.

Buying as a business and requesting a VAT invoice was unnecessarily time‑consuming. I had to enter the same details multiple times and move between different tills.

Lorna was great and very helpful when dealing with our business account.

Millie at the Sittingbourne gave fatastic service! I was there to buy a fridge and she made everything so easy and explained everything in great detail.

The Cambridge Branch its lovely all the team with knowledge and helpfull always with a smile to help.
