Excellent service - Incredible expertise on TV options
Went looking for TV for my elderly mother and was helped by an extremely knowledgeable and helpful assistant Ian (red hair/tall) . His knowledge of TVs and their operating systems was incredible. He was able to advise on best options , i.e. easy to use, TVs for my mum. He took time to discuss a range of options and helped me select the most suitable. I definitely recommend that you ask for Ian if shopping for a TV. WELL DONE and THANK YOU

The staff member who handled our payment process was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude and manner of communication were very unpleasant, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I believe customers should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry for the frustration caused by being unable to contact the store directly regarding your order.
Our stores are primarily focused on assisting customers on the shop floor, so direct store telephone numbers are not generally provided for customer enquiries.
If you need an update specifically from the store regarding an item being delivered there for collection, returning to the point of sale would be the best option, as the store team can check the position directly for you.
I appreciate this isn’t always the most convenient option, and I’m sorry for the frustration caused.

I chose my hoover and the sales assistant was very polite and quick to get me served, I also bought goods at the till and the staff were very efficient and pleasant. the delivery also was within the time stated, and the driver also pleasant.

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service. How nice to be given clear advice and facts about the dishwashers we were looking at. Mark went out of his way to get us the best deal and his manner was polite and calm throughout. There was no pushy sales patter , he gave us time to discuss our options and that is why we ended up buying both a dishwasher and a printer off him at the same time.

Very Disappointed
Really disappointed with Curry’s freezer wouldn’t fit through my door. I spent over an hour messaging curry’s about the problem. Nobody to actually talk to!!
Now had message to say wait for 11 days for delivery I have no fridge for freezer. It was ordered about the 11/9. Delivery now 29/11. I think I could get it quicker from somewhere else. Bee
