This is a review for Neil Rogers the resident engagement officer. He has been absolutely exceptional in every way possible. Apart from being extremely professional and reliable its clear he cares about tenants on a human level and goes out of his way to help in whatever way he possibly can. I just want to thank him and acknowledge his hard work and kindness. Ive put today's date but Neil has been supporting me since last year.

Willing to ensure there is a positive result or explanation how to achieve a positive result.

Russell W was brilliant, fixed the window quickly, left everything clean and tidy, professional with a friendly manner

Claude came and replace the broken glass today
He was polite and good customer service

After having had water ingress and damp
in my otherwise lovely CURO flat for some time, I was feeling very down and discouraged. On raising a complaint, I was incredibly grateful to receive fantastic help from CCT Scheduling Manger Emma Harman to address the situation effectively and efficiently.

Emma displayed excellent customer service from the outset and made it clear that she was on board to ensure the root problem was addressed as well as resulting surface issues. As the process got underway, it was really great to know that I had Emma there, championing the works and taking them in hand, checking on progress. She ensured the roofing issue was finally addressed (which involved a considerable amount of scheduling and checking back and forth that works were going smoothly) and that water and damp staining was then properly treated and painted over (shout out to Seb at Cosgrove & Drew for his excellent painting work).

Emma communicated clearly and sympathetically in a timely way and I am really grateful to her. I am absolutely delighted with the work and my home finally feels fresh and healthy again. A huge thank you Emma! 🙏🌺

Barrie from curo came out for my faulty lock and could not fix first time but came back the today and fitted a new locking mechnisim. Very happy with his service.

Krystal and Jess were extremely helpful at every step of the way. Great communication.

Today 14/04/2026 a Curo employee Nathan McMillan performed a Safety Check ad he did a great job. Nathan is a very polite and skilled Curo employee.

They were always quick to respond to my questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how helpful and approachable they were at every step.

Your employees Kia & Ben, came to my home on 9th April to repair my shower pump, (on the off chance we may be home)
It was originally dated for the 13th, but, we did appreciate them coming on, said date.
They both did a brilliant job, and they were very helpful, and very tidy in their working.

Although I never met Michelle S in person, you can sense her personality & kindness through messages. She was very on the ball, dealt quickly with everything in regards to exchanging & even after exchange nothing has been too much trouble, she’s helped point me in whichever direction I needed to go

Danny Nieves brilliant work done today very well done

Had to have an emergency boiler repair done as we had no heating due to pressure building up. Contacted Curo and had an engineer named Phillip come out within an hour. He was extremely knowledgable and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was fixed within an hour and he checked it EXTREMELY thoroughly to ensure he didn’t leave us without heating. He also took the time to explain the issue in terms I would understand should I need to explain it to another engineer in the future. 10/10 service from Phillip. These on call engineers are genuinely heroes when it is the cold winter months and they stay out all hours of the night ensuring people have their needs met!

Melanie was so helpful as always dealing with my request she was very prompt and a pleasure as always

Id like to make another review for Ethan Custimer Services...ive been trying to do a Google Review for him but proving difficult so i hope CURO recognise this 2nd review from.me.
He's such an asset to.the company. Great people skills. Went over and above and was just so nice and helpful and really took time to listen to me and act upon the information i gave him.
