The customer service team have been great trying to sort this out,but every time they tried getting hold of the roofing team there was no answer every time they tried the office. We recently had a full bathroom refurbishment, and the entire experience was made as smooth and comfortable as possible for us. From the initial contact, the planning team worked around our schedule to find the most suitable time for the work to take place.
This was followed by a visit from CDT Graham, who explained the planned work in detail and ensured the new bathroom would meet our family’s needs. We were also given a great range of colours and options to choose from.
All the work was carried out by Mike, who clearly takes pride in delivering a high-quality finish. He was punctual, hardworking, and used his time very efficiently—there was no downtime, and he barely took a break. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
During the project, some badly damaged old floorboards were discovered. Mike went above and beyond, putting in extra hours to replace them and still complete the job by the end of the scheduled week.
All staff involved were professional, polite, and a credit to the organisation. LiveWest should be proud to have such a dedicated and skilled team. I am confident our new bathroom will last for many years to come.

Would give zero stars if I could, complained several times about the vile tenant you have at 54 wentwood drive in Weston, drug dealing, anti social behaviour, living in a house with zero children because they’ve all been taken away, myself and others are selling as when you have this woman behaving like she does, and cars pulling up all day/early hours for drug deals, enough is enough.
You seem to like this person very much, letting her live in a 3 bed house with no children, joke!!
Myself and several others will be taking this further now, I have instructed a solicitor to deal with this as we are loosing money on our house, many other social housing here are brilliant, kind, courteous and decent, however this vile breed of a person is none of them.
Sort it out live west, before it gets out of hand!!

I had a new toilet suite installed and the room decorated. The whole process was fantastic. Alex did a quick and excellent job. He ripped it out and had nearly all the work done is one day. The work was of a professional standard. The livewest people are kind and considerate in my home. Really brilliant

The lettings advisor was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process. Always happy to answer any questions I had. Very friendly and warm. A pleasure to talk to.

Very poor. I have email proof of the lies they tell you.
They are selling shared ownership homes at open market value but not giving full spec as per what the advert shows. When you challenge them for what you paid for they are rude and unprofessional, refuse to give you what you paid for.

Housing said they would have me moved due to severe adverese effects on my mental health the property has and would have me moved back out before Christmas under emergency measures over nearly 4 months later im still not moved im unable to get mental health support where i live due to the postcodes ive no support familly or friends wise ive no way to get transport i have multiple severe injurys that i need to be at the hospital for yet cant be for alot of the appointments due to the busses ive an emotional support dog and not allowed to get the bus due to my presentations in my mental state being so adverse at times i need help moving i need moving im too unwell being physically isolated and unable to seek my specialist care appointments ive got neighbours harrasing me constantly and dont manage when being stressed unreasonably

I have reported incidents of antisocial behaviour on several occasions, including persistent noise disturbances, loud music, gaslighting, threats of harm, and concerns relating to domestic abuse. Despite these reports, I feel my concerns have not been properly addressed, and I have experienced what I believe to be a lack of transparency and communication, i was very obviously stonewalled.
In addition residents have received letters threatening outsourcing mantaintance of the same area, with no explanation, which is clearly malicious. I have also received repeated threatening correspondence regarding rent payments, despite being up to date and having no history of arrears.
I am further concerned about the conduct and professionalism of certain staff members, including the housing officer, who are toxic and pretentious which I has contributed to an unhelpful and distressing experience.
Update- presently going through complaint process, is taking a long time, its not good enough. Will continue to update with links and when i hear more. Again very pretentious and toxic, if it leads to tragady then the public and courts will know who to blame. They work for the tenants not the other way around! Hopefully this will be a reminder before they get into too much trouble! No understanding of circumstances or disabilities either. There will be hell to pay if its not sorted soon, including public protests! And they must revet all there staff!
