Downstairs toilet
I have recently had my downstairs toilet refurbished. Big thankyou to Sean as he made the days go without any mess upsets and was great at communication. He spent time to say hello to my very anxious dog and was very courteous . He's a great advocate to the company .

We’re sorry to read this and understand why it feels frustrating. We know you expect jobs to be done properly and on time, and when that doesn’t happen it affects trust. Rent changes are set using clear rules and help us maintain homes and invest in services, but that should never feel disconnected from performance. We want to listen and put things right, you can contact us via phone on 0300 123 8080 or via email on enquiries@livewest.co.uk and we will do our best to assist. Many thanks, Aaron.

D I S A S T E R
Dont know where to start here
This company is a disaster, ive lived in a livewest flat for 12 years in weston-"super"-mare, and EVERY day for 12 years straight my flat stunk of cannabis due to my neighbour downstairs being a stonor and drug dealer, it got so bad it was making me feel sick, and after at least 5 complaints to livewest they continued to do NOTHING about the problem, ive also had my bike stolen twice by my neighbour downstairs thats also been in prison twice for over a year a time for theft, drugs and driving without a licence.
I am a chronic anxiety sufferer and yet this company still did nothing, getting out of this flat was the best thing i ever did, ive bought my own house now so good riddance.
Ive lived in HELL for 12 years, it even got to the point that in the end the doors were slamming all night, and very loud music until at least 4am in the morning, there was constant drugs and his flat was used as a drug dealing drop off point, livewest have not helped me in any way whatsoever to sort this problem, instead they told me to "move out" i know right!
And to top everything off, at least 5 of my neighbours were either dealing drugs or stealing things from other peoples gardens, yet again livewest dont seem to understand the concept of a tenency agreement.
Please stay away from this company, you have been warned
