Terrible landlords when tenancy violations are involved
Terrible landlords when anti social behaviour is an issue, they fully support privacy invasions, and do everything in their power to make their responsibilities your responsibilities, some departments are good, but their complaints department is about as bad as it can be, they will actively make your environment as hostile as possible leading you to have to go through insane levels of work to get simple problems fixed, and they will try not to inform you of outcomes, making you chase them down. Incompetent or cowardly? Take your pick, but they are horrendous and openly lie to everyone to avoid doing their jobs.

My kitchen floor flooded this morning one call was excellent with understanding but the follow up is plumber very poor not very urgent expected better UPDATE in the scheme of things I was a little worried but the plumber did come and did an excellent job well done Vico
