We recently completed the staircasing process to own 100% of our property and would like to highlight the hard work and excellent customer service we received from Carly H. The process has taken a long time and has been somewhat stressful (issues unrelated to Flagship), but Carly has been consistent in providing us with answers as quickly as possible and chasing up loose ends. Without having a contact like Carly at Flagship, I believe the process would have been much more difficult.

We had some issues with our shared ownership property with very bad mould in the bathroom. After contacting the developers Persimmon, who weren’t wanting to help and dismissed the issues (mould was due to poor workmanship), Flagship stepped up and provided a solution for us to get this rectified.
It was important for us to have this problem fixed ASAP due to our child’s life limiting condition (mould can be catastrophic for her).
Thank you for helping us get our issues sorted so our child is free from mould exposure and allowing her to live in her home safely.

Shared Ownership Property
Me and my wife bought our first home through Flagship via the shared ownership scheme. We have now bought our property outright.
I would just like to say this company was always helpful towards us in the initial purchase, after sales and us buying our property outright. We mainly dealt with a nice lady called Carly who always came back to my queries very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend these guys
