I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed customer support to see if it could be updated before shipping. Even though my item was already at the packing station, Donna went above and beyond to stop the fulfillment process, swap out the size, and create a new order for me. And also shipped out on the same day! Outstanding service from Donna and Culture Kings' customer support!

Order change, thank you Donna...
I had put a purchase in late at night for jewelry products & not long after realized the size of a chain wasn't going to be big enough. I then put in a request for a change of size & have received an email this morning from Donna. Donna thankfully managed to pick up on my request before order was processed & changed it for me. Thank you Donna & team, you have made my morning & hopefully we all make my partners Fathers day next weekend with these gifts I have purchased for him 😁
