I’m a women who doesn’t ever wear hats but I wanted to try a few . I’m so skeptical from buying off websites. I’ve never heard of. There’s so many scams out there in the world this website actually sent what they said. They were gonna send the shipping time was very fast. The packaging was great. The hats were not smashed. I am very pleased with my order. They look great but more importantly it’s a real company and for me that matters it might sound dumb, but we live in a world where there’s so many websites that try to scam you or take weeks to send you your product. I ordered three hats and got them within the same week without needing to pay for additional shipping.

I had made an online return to exchange a size but there was a glitch cancelling my return after I had already posted it. A few days had passed and I wasn't sure if I was going to receive my parcel but Donna was amazing. She reached out straight to management and in the same day I had my order confirmed. She heard my concerns and immediately took action. Big thanks to Donna!

I recently purchased several t-shirts as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, and overall, I had a great experience. Initially, I ran into an issue with sizing, as the shirts fit differently than ones he had purchased from the brand before. Because of this, I needed to go through the return and exchange process.
I want to specifically thank Gabby and the Culture Kings team for making the entire experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Online returns can often be frustrating, but their customer service was responsive, helpful, and efficient every step of the way.
The quality of the shirts is excellent, and the level of customer care truly stands out. I’m very grateful for how everything was handled and will definitely be purchasing from them again soon.
