I inadvertently put the wrong size on an order, which I didn’t notice until I read the order confirmation. I immediately sent an email and Donna replied. She went to the packing area, pulled the order, then changed the order for the correct size, and sent me an email confirming it was done with the new order number. You usually don’t get service like that. She was fantastic. I recommend ordering with Culture Kings.

I ordered a 49ers Melbourne cap... they sent me Rams cap instead. The 49ers cap is now out of stock.
I have been in a frustrating loop with AI 'support' bots that offer no help and there are no real people to speak to. Culture Kings have stuffed up and now won't respond. Apparently, it will take up to two days to even reply to me.
Also - the feedback on their store site also goes into a loop that never lands anywhere to provide feedback.

Editing the order was simple and hassle free. After accidentally choosing the wrong size, the team responded immediately and updated my order before it was dispatched. A special thank you to Donna for her prompt assistance and excellent customer service. Highly appreciated!
