Country Properties Anmeldelser

The team at Country Properties sold our property and from day one, the communication was 10/10.
From the very first meeting, Sasha was always super helpful and anything that was promised was always delivered.
Once Country Properties secured a sale for us, the time lines to completion that were indicated for the whole process were spot on.
We would definitely recommend using Country Properties.

I purchased my property through country properties and from the first viewing until completion they were really on the ball, pushing solicitors to do their thing. They communicated well with me the buyer so that knew what was happening at different stages. I enjoy the whole process of moving but even then it can at times be stressful but country properties were good at distressing. I would use them to sell my property but not for many years yet.

If you are debating which estate agency to put your property up with you should absolutely go with the Country Properties team in Ampthill.

At every single touch point they made the entire experience as easy as possible. We had found our perfect home prior to putting our house on the market and the team made every effort to make our sale happen. I have to give Lynne a big shout out for all the effort she went to in getting our home sold in the time she did. Lynn called me after every viewing with feedback and without her, we absolutely wouldn't be sat in our new home.

Sasha is such a delight to deal with - she made every aspect seem top priority and I was never made to feel that anything was too much trouble. She went absolutely above and beyond...even when it got to daily phone calls for the last few weeks of the sale!

Sasha and Lynn & the whole Country Properties team - we cannot thank you enough.

From start to finish the whole process of selling our house was exemplary. The sale went through unbelievably quickly and we obtained the full price we were seeking. Communication was always excellent. Prior to the sale we had been anxious but this proved to be totally unnecessary as everything went so smoothly.

The service that was provided by Jake and Sasha was first class and value for money. I could not find one fault from start to finish, excellent communications and knowledge. I highly recommend.

Excellent service throughout from Jake, Sasha and the team. Always happy to answer any concerns we had and kept us fully informed whenever they could. If only all estate agents were as efficient as these.

Country Properties staff were very friendly and professional, they all worked really hard on our behalf from initial negotiating right through to the administration and sales coordination.
Would certainly recommend them.

Sasha and team were great...! It was a short property chain but had a few issues for all parties involved. So the sale took 6 months. Sasha and team kept pushing activities between Estate Agents and at times the Solicitors. Always being professional, with a little nudge in the right direction to keep the momentum up.

Overall a great job. I got the house which was a big move for me. The little welcome present and scented candle name sums it up nicely for me now. "Home Sweet Home...!"

After a recent tragedy in my best friends life I helped her move. Luckily we chose Leysbrook estate agents to handle the sale of her property. However the down side was the property she was purchasing was through Country Properties in Letchworth. The service they provided was extremely poor, in fact it was Leysbrook that did most of the work to ensure a smooth process. I would highly recommend steering clear of country properties.

I have had an amazing experience selling my property with country properties. The Team were extremely helpful even with my purchase which was not technically there responsibility.

Sasha was exceptional and definitely someone you need on your team if you are looming to move house.

I can't recommend them enough

All the staff were professional, efficient and friendly. It was my first experience of selling a house and they guided me through the process. They kept in regular contact and were very helpful.

What should have been a fairly simple Exchange had its moments and stress, however discussing the issues with Country Properties, especially Sasha, calmed the situation and gave us the cushion and expert knowledge that was needed to make this a better move! The team have been excellent throughout and a big thank you for your help!

From start to finish Country Properties were fantastic! Very professional & always on hand to answer any queries & support the customer. A very special thank you to Sasha who went above & beyond to help us through our sale, she is amazing! We have used Country Properties in the past & wouldn’t consider another agent, they are by far the best in the area.

The whole team at Country Properties are outstanding and I would highly recommend them. We were kept informed and updated throughout the process and everything was dealt with promptly, smoothly and professionally.

The best estate agents to use in Ampthill. We’ve used other estate agents in the town previously & County Properties is by far the best. A friendly team, always available to answer questions & great communication throughout the buying & selling process.

Sasha and the team at Country properties have been brilliant. A huge help throughout the entire process. They’ve always been available to discuss any issues we had and helped us to achieve the exchange date we wanted.

Thanks to Sasha, Billie and the teams for your help!

Fantastic service from CP especially the lovely Sasha. Guided us through from evaluation to completion. Sasha's knowledge and professional approach is amazing and made the whole experience a positive one and very easy and most important stress free! Thank you!!

I’m so happy that I chose to sell my property through Country Properties. They were very professional and efficient right from the start, when Ken got the price we needed and Jake’s enthusiasm got the sale up and running. When there were some problems with the selling chain Sasha held everything together to ensure a successful outcome. Sasha, is a wonderful force of nature, and I wholeheartedly recommend the team to anybody looking to sell a property in Ampthill or the surrounding area.

Fantastic!! i have to say how impressed I have been with the team at Country Properties, Amphtill. Right from the start, I have received excellent help and support with nothing being too much trouble. The star of the show is undoubtedly Sasha who has held my hand throughout and has always been on hand and responded to any query or request for assistance promptly. She has a lovely disposition and shares her knowledge without reservation. Thank you to all at CP for everything.
