Property Stop Anmeldelser

The flat was spotless when I moved in, communication was really easy and I always received quick responses to my emails. The whole process was handled very professionally. Thank you so much for all your help!

I've been really pleased with Property Stop as my letting agents. They're a good all-round service, and I've found them dependable at every stage. Their tenant referencing is thorough and accurate, which has given me real confidence in the people placed in my property. Just as importantly, when issues have come up during and at the end of a tenancy, they've handled them professionally and fairly, keeping things straightforward and balanced for everyone involved. I'd happily recommend them to other landlords.

The team at Property Stop have been very helpful, friendly and professional. We've mainly been in correspondence with Esmé and Richard and they have been a pleasure, and the best agents we've ever had so far.

I have been a landlord for over 5 years and have used property stop. They provide a great service, very responsive, great communication and happy to help

I have been a landlord for over 20 years now and have used many agents to find tenants and my experience using Property Stop was amazing. As a business placing people into our properties they take time to find the right tenant by interviewing them and carry out all the necessary checks ensuring trustworthiness and ability to pay the rent. I would particularly like to say thank you to Richard Parry who managed the whole process for me and communicated with me on a daily basis until contracts were signed. I also have confidence that any support I will require in the future Property Stop will be at the end of the phone to support me.
I have no hesitation in recommending Property Stop as the go to agents for anything property related.

We recently moved into one of Property Stop's rental properties and have been delighted with the level of service and professionalism of the team. They're incredibly responsive and quick to action requests.

Very helpful with remote viewing and irregularly timed key pickup. Been very friendly and professional throughout.

We have been working with Property-Stop for more than 15 years.
Their service is very professional.
They react quickly to any request or concerns coming from landlords or tenants.
They have a very good pool of reasonably priced contractors who fix swiftly the problems/issues identified.
They conduct regularly property checks.
They treat fairly both landlords and tenants.
They are working very hard to make sure that the property is kept occupied and looked after.
We are very happy with them as our property managers.

I started my rental property business shortly after COVID and was fortunate to be introduced to Property Stop through a friend. Today they manage three of my properties in Chelmsford and their service has been excellent.

From thorough tenant vetting to regular property inspections they handle everything professionally and efficiently. They take the stress out of the landlord-tenant relationship and give me complete peace of mind.

I highly recommend Property Stop to any landlord looking for a reliable and professional property management company.

I found Property Stop (Richard, Esme & team) to be very helpful, quick in responding and informative. The Property Stop tenant portal was easy to navigate and sign what was required and this contributed to a smooth process as from viewing to moving in was very quick. Thank you to all the team!!

I am a new tenant with Property Stop and have found them to be well organised and professional, and relatively quick with responses. Richard in particular stood out for his friendly and helpful manner.

They just deliver a great service. As a landlord I am happy with the professional service. I also know that my tenants are being looked after and treated fairly. Thanks to the PS team over the last 10 or so years.

Extremely fast, supportive and professional. Highly recommend

After other disappointing agents , I have found a good company to manage my portfolio of 15 properties.
They understand my requirements, and explained in depth the new challenges facing landlords in 2026.
I used to manage my properties personally, however with all the new legislation, I feel confident that Property Stop can manage my portfolio to my satisfaction.
My relationship with Property Stop has been on going for the last 18 months.

We have let our Chelmsford apartment through Property Stop since we purchased it in 2015. We have always found them to be very professional, efficient and honest in the entire 10 years. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We are very happy to recommend Property Stop.

I’ve used Property Stop for the last couple of years. They’ve always provided a professional service and are quick to find tenants for my properties. They are quick to respond to any queries I have and really help take the pressure off being a landlord. Highly recommend!

My experience with Property stop has been excellent as a busy professional moving was a daunting task in terms of scheduling.
Tara, my allocated agent was professional , efficient, supportive and accessible. She exhibited such a high standard of customer services throughout my Tenancy timeline always being that first port of call to either deal with my enquiries or refer me to the correct department, Tara continued to support me beyond my exit in order to ensure my transition was as smooth possible. Her genuine endeavours to provide excellent care from the beginning to the end of my Tenancy and beyond was amazing.

I would thoroughly reccomend property stop.

We were tenants of a property that Property Stop managed for five and a half years. They were always professional and when repairs were needed they were proactive in chasing the landlords approval (which was slow on several occasions).

Very professional and helpful in guiding me through the process of being a first time landlord
