Country Properties Anmeldelser

From the outset to completion Country Properties in Ampthill were brilliant!
All the team were professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
We sold our home mid January and 9 weeks later, with a chain of 7, were very pleased to complete. We couldn’t have done it without the superb support of Sasha who guided us through to completion.
Thank you!

Highly recommend Country Properties! Recently sold our house through them and everyone we dealt with was great, friendly and easy to communicate with! Sasha is especially good at her job and kept us fully informed throughout the process, which was quite stressful at times for us!

Sasha at County Properties was there for us every step of the way during our purchase. We can not thank her enough for all the help and support.
Many thanks. Myrtle

We recently used Country Properties to sell a property and they came up trumps again.
Helpful and professional from start to finish, I really cannot praise them enough.
Sasha went the extra mile to get the exchange through, we were up against a difficult deadline and it was looking precarious but she used her skills and expertise to manage the situation.
Thank you!

We rented and then tried to buy a property through country properties in Ampthill. Unfortunately we were unable to buy the property in the end due to our own situation.
I would like to give both the rental and the sales side of this organisation the very highest rating of excellent service. Every person we dealt with were both highly professional whilst also providing very kind support to us in this. Country Properties in Ampthill is quite unique in the way they deliver superb customer service. 👏

Country Properties Ampthill are great. I have used them several times of the years and the service is brilliant. Communication is on point and professional and they always make the service feel personable.

I recently bought a house which country properties represented. The main person worth calling out that made a difference to the sale was Sasha. Sasha was meticulous and driven and always working towards the common goal.

Country Property Ampthill
The Waitrose of estate agents.I’m always seriously skeptical when it comes to estate agents but i seriously cannot praise them enough from initial contact where there was no pressure to Jake coming and appraising my house to the final completion they have been phenomenal.Jake made me feel comfortable and confident and took some incredible photos of my home and we agreed the price easily with him showing me detailed values of other properties available in my area.Ken handled viewings with ease and pure professionalism and understood that even though I was selling this was still my home,I felt safe in his hands.
A special mention to Sasha who deals with completions a true Angel who seriously goes over and above the call of duty. She kept me updated every step of the way and walked with me through the sticky bits, honestly she made the final bits a breeze chasing Solicitors’s and doing anything she could to make the process easier. The whole process could have been so much harder but everyone at Country Property work to help you through it..

Very helpful, pleasent staff who appeared to have the interests of everyone involved in the whole process at heart.
Couldn't really fault them.

Country Properties in Letchworth Garden City had provided an excellent service when it came to buy our first home from them. They were so kind, calm and professional to help us on this stressful road. Simon, the director of the company had showed a very helpful and positive attitude when the time was tight to sort the paper work. He was always available to answer any questions and relief the stress of this procedure. Excellent, calm, very helpful and professional service! Thank you so much Simon and everyone at the Country Properties! God Bless You!

I have used them 5 times over the last 20 years and always found the service to be excellent.

We’ve just completed our move with Country Properties, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the team was brilliant in finding us the perfect home while securing a fantastic buyer for ours. The entire process ran so smoothly, thanks to their expertise and care.

Jake, who initially valued our house, truly understood what we were looking for. Even though we viewed several properties, he always knew “the one” was coming to market and expertly timed our sale to align with it. Billie was excellent during negotiations, ensuring our sale price matched the purchase of our new home—her attention to detail really made a difference.

Sasha was an absolute star when progressing the sale, keeping everything on track with clear communication and such a lovely, supportive approach throughout. We were also fortunate to have a great chain that worked collaboratively to make the process stress-free. Ken was fantastic in managing all negotiations around fixtures and fittings, helping us tweak things until everyone was happy.

We’re so grateful for the exceptional service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Country Properties to anyone. A huge thank you to the whole team for helping us find and secure our dream renovation project.

We have recently completed on the sale of our house and Sasha at Country Properties was excellent in keeping us up to date at all times. Regular communication was much appreciated. We would highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with the service I received from Country Properties, Ampthill branch. I recently sold my late Mother's property which invariably came with emotional baggage, but Sasha and Ken made the whole process simple. Their professionalism and personal touches went over and beyond my expectations and to say I'm highly impressed is an understatement. Thank you. I highly recommend them! 🙂

Tony from Country Properties in Welwyn acted as estate agent for my elderly mother who suffers at times from confusion and memory loss. He was excellent. Kind and patient with mum, experienced and very proactive in chasing things up when needed.

Excellent service. In particular the efforts put in to progress the chain.

We switched to Country Properties after another agent was less than effective. We are very glad we did. Communication is great and everyone we dealt with at the Shefford branch was friendly and helpful. Calls always either taken or returned, good advice given and a successful sale. Highly recommend

It was a pleasure dealing with Stephen and his team at Country Properties in Flitwick. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of progress with my sale with regular telephone calls and emails, nothing was too much trouble.

Five star treatment from start to finish.
From the moment we put the house up for sale Duane, Phil and the team did everything in their power to support and guide us in the Sale of our property and the purchase of our future home.
Thank you Country Properties from the Stevens family.

I would 100% recommend Country Properties. They have been brilliant from start to finish with the sale of our house. Every person we have spoken to has been professional, friendly, efficient and kept us up to date clearly at all times regarding where we were up to. A really brilliant estate agency and I would recommend to anyone. Sasha in particular has regularly gone above and beyond what she had to do and has been brilliant.
