Erik Snusins, our Account Manager for more than 3 years always helpful, with any questions we might have.
Our company use Convera for payments in foreign currencies. One year ago, we started processing payments ourselves. At the beginning was many questions, Erik actually explained each and every step how to us Convera program and trained us.

Reliable and Efficient Currency Providers
The most important thing for us is having a reliable and helpful account manager. We definitely have this with Convera and wouldn't even consider switching over to another provider currently. We could probably achieve a slightly better rate elsewhere but at what cost. When you combine the help and advice offered, along with the easy to use platform - it seems a perfect all round experience we are very happy with.

Exceptional Support and Reliability with Convera
We have been using Convera, formerly known as Western Union, for quite some time. We work closely with Shagun Dubey, and he has been fantastic to work with over the years. He’s always quick to respond, extremely helpful with payment queries, and just a call away for vendor setup confirmations. His promptness and dedication make our tasks much easier, especially when dealing with time-sensitive matters like international wires. We couldn’t ask for better support!

Happy with their service
Our group of companies have used Convera/Western Union for the last 5 years mainly for paying US/European suppliers. Our account manager Dan has always been easily contactable and will proactively inform us when there have been significant currency fluctuations. Very happy with their service.

Great Customer Service
We have used Convera to facilitate our International Payments for several years now. We are extremely happy with the service. We receive competitive exchange rates, the system is very easy to use! Our Client Manager (Laura) is amazing and responds to any issues or queries we may have efficiently, she makes the whole process very stress free and is always happy to help in anyway she can. The Customer Service team are very good and the response time is always very quick. I like having a person assigned to our account, but if Laura is on annual leave the team are always happy to help!
