Very easy to use, got approved immediately, card was here in a week. Activated easily and just happy I have had zero issues using it anywhere. From the local gas station to Williams & Sonoma.

Mainly single parents trying to support their dreams of being on OnlyFans and being the next Bonnie Blue.
They don’t answer questions, they don’t know their own policies, they have no clue what they’re talking about when you ask them any questions. Half of them can’t even correctly say the script they repeat daily, let alone read something.
Management is usually someone that’s in the middle of eating while they talk down to you, and you can hear them tapping on their phones (not typing in a keyboard taking notes) while they smack their lips and talk with food in their mouths. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, very difficult. They take what you’re asking and saying personally, and then feel like they have power over you so they just condescend you and talk to you like you’re a child. Instead of just doing their jobs and being helpful and kind and polite.
Worst credit card company. Definitely practices predatory credit practices. If you pay using your bank account it doesn't take the funds for a week, and AFTER it does take the funds out, they do not credit your account for 2-3 weeks. I was informed by customer service that IF I PAY THE 2$ SERVICE FEE TO PAYUSING MY DEBIT CARD, THEN FUNDS BECOME INSTANTLY AVAILABLE. I have been locked out of my account TWICE because I failed to answer questions correctly about phone numbers I used 20 years ago, and they have locked me out twice for that. Use concora at your own risk.
Horrible credit card company they don’t even offer a balance transfer and if your due date is on the weekend and you are set up on auto pay if you’re payment does not go through on time because they don’t pull it on time they will charge you a fee, so be careful and pay attention and pay your balance early. Otherwise you’ll be paying a fee because I always pay it off in full every month because I’m not giving them a penny of my money I am looking into closing both of my credit cards through this company and only working with a different company.
Spoke with 3 different employees. Explained that I'd misplaced my card and planned to cancel card and have it reissued but have an unexpected circumstance that requires me to use my card tomorrow. Even though I provided all requested verification info I was told they could not give me my full acct number to use this weekend. I even offered to give them my bank routing/acct number to verify my identity. Was told impossible as your staff is not permitted to give me needed info. EVERYONE I spoke with was pleasant and eager to assist, but your policies blocked their efforts. With full identity verification your people should have been able to assist me. Therefore, your excellent staff aside, I am NOT satisfied with the customer service I received.

I got credit for these people to buy something at Ashley furniture. I was told that I wouldn't have to pay any interest for the first 6 months. The only reason I bought the furniture was because I asked them several times are you sure I want to pay any interest as long as I get everything paid off in six months, and I was repeatedly told yes. However, this company in the fine print is charging me $9.95 a month for the right to have this loan. I can take some of the blame for not having spotted this, but I wasn't looking too close because of the confirmation I had received from the people at Ashley. Even though I'm paying over three times the monthly payment every month, because I want to make sure it's paid off in 6 months, I'm now being charged interest. I called and asked why I was being charged interest, and they said I'm being charged interest on the service charge of 9.95. this means I'm not being charged $9.95 a month, I'm being charged $9.97 a month. Finally, due to a mistake in their system, I made the monthly payment of $300 twice. Because this was not my fault I asked them if this could be my minimum payment for the next month, because that's what I would have been paying them the next month. They basically told me there's no way for them to have the system do that. Of course I don't believe that and know better because I'm a computer programmer. So what I can tell you, is that I am going to make sure I tell everybody to avoid Ashley Furniture and specifically Concora Credit in the future because it's obvious they are doing everything they can to squeeze out every penny from people who shouldn't be having to pay anything at all.
I was not too bright because after I received my concora card I read their credit reviews and they were not good, I was convinced to use the card anyway against my better judgment. One of Concora reviews said that they made their payments, even paid half their credit card but the payment was rejected by Concora. This is exactly what happened to me!!!! I got my bill and I paid it right away, $13.95! I screenshot my payment coming out of my bank account and I screenshot Concora saying thank you for your payment. I had no idea Concora rejected the payment and closed my account for $13.95!! they said it was due to fraudulent activity but when I called I recorded the woman saying that they closed the account because they did not receive payment!! I told her I had proof and they said that other people have complained about the same thing and they're working on fixing the app but they still will not reopen my account because they can close it at their discretion!!!
Run for your life! follow your instincts don't use their credit card or any of their sister companies !
OK, I closed my account with Concord Credit. It was an indigo Mastercard and a milestone Mastercard and the reason I close my account is because the indigo Mastercard never can you ever get a increase on your credit limit no matter regardless of your payment history and they still want to charge you an astronomical yearly fee just to have their credit card the milestone Mastercard wants to charge you a fee and then slip in and charge you $8.95 a month just to have an account so I closed both cards when I found out about the hidden fees I had balances on both accounts. I do not receive mail because I do not pay my bills by mail. I have only paid my bill with Concora credit since I’ve had it online. And they have blocked all access to me to have the ability to make my payments the way that I have made them since the day I opened the account I have recorded conversations with the representative saying they’re unlocking my account and I even have recorded conversations that they told me my balance is lower than what Concorda. Credit is saying it is. I have submitted it to the Better Business Bureau the consumer fair marketing act and I have also filed petitions through the federal trade commission and I have also filed subpoenas or not subpoenas. I’m sorry dispute with the credit reporting agencies and the only agency that backs them up is Experian, but it looks like I’m gonna have to get an attorney involved to be able to have them to open my line of access to be able to make my payments because I don’t receive mail at my home. I won’t send in a check to pay my bill. I want to pay my bills the way that I have paid them since day one and that is through the online account that I set up for privacy and security reasons but they’re wanting to be difficult. I do not recommend any body to ever open a credit card with this company because I have had nothing but lies and even more lies about my balance how much I owe and so on and so forth I have got the recorded conversations if there’s any user that has any doubt that wants to hear what lies and misleading I have been put through. I will be more than glad to email you a copy and share it with you before you make a decision to do business with this company.

I would give a zero if i could. Was down to my last payment in December and guess what my account was blocked. Called several times to resolve the issue and they couldn't find my account cause they closed it. I only owed $78.74 now they are saying I owe over $400. I am more than happy to pay the $78..74. Called last night and the rep was rude and even hung up on me. How can you resolve anything when they can't find your account and then hang up on you. once again more than happy to pay what i owed at the end of December. Will not pay any more than that. Was not my fault you couldn't find my account and your customer service reps hang up on your clients. Also don't tell me to call cause i have already tried that. It didn't work
I do not like the fact that I can barely use it online. I do a lot of online shopping and I have been declined so many times with this card.
