We have been using Convera for our currency purchases and payments for many years now. The service is second to none so in spite of almost daily calls from other providers we have never been tempted to move our business. Our account manager is always just a phone call away and checks in regularly and because there is continuity, she knows me and our business. It is refreshing to receive such good service from any company these days so long may it continue!

I've been working with Convera for many years; since long ago when it was a business unit of Western Union and spun off into a private company. I've had many reps over the years, and Bashar Al-Najjar is as fine as any I have had. We have business units in Canada, the US, Mexico, Indonesia and the Philippines, and Convera is able to handle all of our needs perfectly. (ACH, Wires, Exchange Trades, etc) We use their Global Pay platform as well as working directly with our reps. I read a few of the one star reviews before writing my good review. I have no knowledge of using Convera for one-off foreign currency transfers or payments as some of the complainers talked about. However, anyone that has made foreign currency transfers, or payments to foreign companies knows that it must be exactly right, and there is no room for error; not even a single character typo. I've made tens of thousands of international payments over the past 20 years, and although I get competitive phone calls every week, I would not even consider switching from Convera (unless I could save a lot of money, haha... but so far their rates area always competitive... I check them once and awhile to be sure).

Convera is a great company to work with. They are reliable and efficient. We often have urgent requests that they action in a timely fashion. Although, the odd issue/error arises at times they are always quick to jump in and rectify. Our main contact Bashar is a pleasure to deal with. He is very bright, friendly and quick to action and reply to all our requests. Overall I would recommend Convera when sending funds.

Good on-line International payments service. Easy to use, relatively quick and trustworthy. Backed by a UK based support team and account managers. I have been using Convera for a couple of years with no issues.

Our company has worked with Convera using their services for the past two decades for foreign wires and in 2020 added domestic ACH payments. Our account managers, formerly Erik Snucins and currently Arthur Kozlov, have been nothing less than amazing. They are prompt with responses and have always been able to assist us with any issues that may arise. The Convera group is great to work with and I can without hesitation recommend their services.
