Professional and helpful staff! We have been dealing with Convera for years. Trusted company for currency exchange and Canadian to US payments.

I am unsure why others have issues with Convera. Through the years, pre- and now- Convera, I have had excellent service and professional, timely results with Convera. Reluctantly, on occasion, I have to use RBC's service which is adequate however I would only use that as a last resort. Any issues I have had have been quickly resolved with Convera and my main contact there (Rick) and I woudl not hesitate to recommend them. From straight transfers to futures/forwards they are my "go to" supplier. Very pleased with their staff and results.

The Convera team always offer insightful market info and highly completive rates. Chris is knowledgeable, helpful and calm, especially when the markets aren't!

We have been a Western Union customer for a number of years and have explored other platforms to take advantage of better rates.
However, since the acquisition of WU by Convera, our account manager Ms Claire Knowles has always kept us informed of upcoming rate activity and provided expert advice without any added pressure towards decision making. I think it is important to mention that Claire and Convera communicate at the rights times which we feel is a good balance.

The Convera Edge platform is user friendly and the support from Claire is always there when required, particularly when setting up new supplier bank details on occasions.

We are also very grateful for event invitations where we have met with the Convera team to discuss future business activities. These were very well organised and managed by Michelle Baker.

As with all service companies the experience is as good as the personnel who staff it.
We have been fortunate enough with Convera to have a staff member at the end of the phone who not only is efficient but a pleasure to deal with.
Any company having their phones manned by staff members like Claire Knowles could not fail to be successful. We have repeatedly been wooed by other currency traders but would not consider leaving Convera for as long as someone as open, honest and cheerful as Claire deals on our behalf. A good training model for others we would suggest.

We have been using Convera's GlobalPay platform for several years now. The support system is excellent. We have been with different account managers (including the Toronto Dealers team) all are very nice people to work with and are helpful and supportive including their technical support. Highly recommended!

We have been using Convera (formerly Western Union) for several years now, to process our International Payments in both USD and Euro. Liam McDaid is our current account manager. It has been an extreme pleasure working with him. Liam is always responsive and efficient to our queries, always professional and personable. He makes sure all deals are handled quickly and efficiently making my day much easier.

There is no more hassle of sending payment instructions via email every time we do the payment as before. The support system is very good ever since. Convera converts our wishes into action. They are the best. We have dealt with them for a number of years and they have never disappointed us. Our current contact, Liam McDaid, is incredibility responsive to all our requests. He is very professional yet friendly. Convera has made my job so much simpler and given me extra time to complete other tasks
