Avoid absolutely that company. it's a total rip off. they sell parking services that doesn't exist. Because of them we had to pay more than £700 in last minute official airport parking

Very poor service on arrival at Manchester Airport, waited 50 minutes, zero paper work even though I walked around the car with the driver.
On return again waited 50 minutes with several other customers on level 7 in a cold car park will 2 small children.
When the driver eventually turned up before I got into the car I knew it had been used! We had words with the driver who quickly disappeared! The car was muddy, the back seats had been dropped and pushed back up trapping the rear seat belts behind the seat!! I wouldn’t have done this as childs seats where in the back!.
After I freed the belts to strap in the kids I loaded the bags and jumped into the drivers seat, I could smell a strong smell of cigarettes smoke, neither my wife or myself smoke, I could see tobacco and ash around me gear stick area!! Then I looked at my fuel gauge!!! I filled the car on the way to the airport, 570 miles in the tank, I traveled 128 miles, when I got the car it had 168 miles left in the tank, some cheeky scrote has been driving around in my car for 2 weeks on me!!
I immediately phoned the mobile number to complain, the women on the other end didn’t want to know, txt me an email address to complain, I don’t hold any hope of a suitable reply.
They have stolen my car! I’m waiting to see if any fines or fixed penalty notices drop on my door mat!

Much like the other reviewers here... I was only given a mobile number, they weren't there to meet and greet, I had no option to use the official airport parking, who were brilliant by the way. I should be able to sue them for breach of contract in that the service I paid for was not provided. I am currently seeking repairations but I am not hopeful. Do not use.

Oh yeah, they also cancelled my booking when I sent my complaint email so I can't leave feedback on their website. Scammers. Avoid.

Got in car to find they had gone into glove box and stole the hidden change a bottle of water sweets and a iPhone cable. Contacted straight away and for a month have kept fobbing me off.

DO NOT use this service. There should be warnings across the airline and airport websites about these scams. Apparently a daily occurance at Manchester airport. The cars are not safely parked, some are parked in the residential areas nearby and have been stolen.

We dropped the car off no issue - at the airport terminal. The guy was friendly enough - but paperwork minimal which we thought was strange but had all our booking confirmation etc. When we got back though, none of the numbers we were supossed to call were working. One was going through to an international dialling tone. We finally got through to the main office after searching online and they called the driver and apparently got through. We were told to call the driver in half an hour and he would meet us at the terminal. We started to do so - and no reply for another 45 mins. No response to messages. Tried the main office number again and it rang out. Started to panic and spoke to the information desk at the airport - they said this is happening day after day and they can't do anything about it. Different companies are changing names every couple of months. Finally we get a private number witheld number call and the driver met us 10 mins later.
The guy meets us and can't wait to hand over. The car absolutely stank inside of burning rubber. Truly bad smell. Petrol has gone down by 1/3 tank and mileage down too. We are going to get it checked tomorrow.

The company is a dealer for the parking companies apparently. We guess a broller. We feel a bit compensated as they called to offer a full refund and petrol compensation. But it doesn't really cover the anxiety, worry and possible car damage. They really need to vet who they are working with. It's just not acceptable.

NB. The company is compareparkingdeals.co.uk not just .UK at the end as per the email address attached to this.

Absolutely a SCAM! AVOID!!
We booked the 'meet & greet' service and finished payment through their website.
We called hundred times to the number which provided by Compare
Parking Deals, but this meet and greet doesn't exist. We almost missed
our honeymoon flight and finally had to park at the official airport
parking . Total cost £720 !!!

We contacted their customer service many times to get support, but
they were absolutely unprofessional and just gave crap answers....

TOTALLY USELESS.

I would highly advise you avoid this company. For starters, their cancellation policy is not in line with the law. We had to make a cancellation and change the service due to changes in flights. We realized shortly after booking and was charged £17 for a cancellation charge. After bringing their attention to the law which highlights the fact you have a 14 days cooling off period to get a full refund, I was met with a very aggressive individual stating to take them to court.

I never got to experience their service at the meet and greet, (Glad I didn't) but gathering from previous reviews I would highly advise not to. You also get charges £3.75 per entry and exit, which is not highlighted clearly. It is not as cheap as you would think. Where does the car end up? Probably best to stick to official parking companies.

The worst company I have ever used. I sent off a formal complaint (copy below), and 3 days later still no response ................ keep well clear!

FORMAL COMPLAINT

On 16 Sep 18 I landed at Heathrow T5 on my flight (all booking details are on email Thu, 9 Aug 2018 0:49 below) and after collecting my suitcases called your representative at 17:47 confirming that I was on time to collect my car at 6pm.

After the phone being passed around several times, and being told that you were expecting me on 17 Sep 18 I was told it would be approximately 30 mins for my car to be delivered to the DEPARTURES drop off (and not the location stated on the booking confirmation).

Having wheeled all of my cases (and my partners cases) to the DEPARTURES drop off (having just arrived) I then waited and waited and waited .............. but no car.

At 18:36 I called again asking for an up-date; and at some point was cut off.

I called again at 18:38 and was assured the car would be delivered within 20 minutes.

At 18:57 the car has still not arrived, so I called again and was this time told the car had been blocked in the car park with other cars and should be returned within 25 to 30 minutes and I would receive a call 5 minutes before my car was to be returned.

Having waited outside in the cold for over an hour I returned back into T5 with my partner and all of our suitcases to warm up and have a coffee.

At 19:31 I received a call from your driver saying the car would be delivered in 5 minutes; so me and my partner with our suitcases go back out to the DEPARTURES drop off and then found ourselves waiting a further 10 minutes for the driver to arrive.

At 19:41 my car was returned.

To say the very least this was not a good experience. It took your company almost 2 hours to return my car, I was outside for over an hour with my partner getting cold and ended up going back inside T5 to get a coffee to warm back up.

In light of the above, I feel that you should consider offering me a 50% refund for the inconvenience caused by the poor management lack of organisation shown by your staff.

Can you please explain to me why you failed to provide me with the Goods and Service which I had paid for?

This company and their trusted service provider M&G airport parking(aka Manchester airport parking services ltd) have provided the worst service I've ever experienced.They have ruined a much looked forward to holiday. We followed all the instructions, phoning ahead to be told someone was on their way. Many phone calls later we were still being reassured that someone was 6 to 7 minutes away. He eventually turned up speaking only enough English to demand a further £25 to get the car through the airport parking????? This was at 8.46. Check in closed at 8.50. Needless to say we missed the flight. We were devastated. No alternative flights were available. On further investigation it would appear that these companies are disreputable to say the least and have a serious history of similar stories under different names spanning many years. The complaints procedure is a joke. You cannot speak to anyone . AVOID AVOID

Outbound our driver was delayed and we had to wait an extra 20 minutes driving around Manchester airport.
Additional £4 parking fee incurred each way, uninformed of this prior.
Arriving back we had a 2 hour delay for our car with a 2.5month, 3 and 4 year old.
Friendly, apologetic and polite drivers but rude customer service on the phone. I would not recommend. I am awaiting an adequate customer service response.

2 hour wait in the middle of the night with young kids. At least 10 other families affected too. Not acceptable

My friend and family booked 'Park and Fly Manchester Airport' through them and had a hassle free experience.
We left our car at the Halebarns guesthouse, which is just a few minutes from the airport and our children were able to use the facilities their after a long drive.
We weren't sure but after meeting the hotel staff and seeing their website we felt at ease.

Not great.
I thought I had bought the Manchester airport meet and greet service, but I bought these guys instead. On arrival at the airport you have to phone the number and wait 30 minutes for someone to pick up your car. Meanwhile you have to pay Manchester airport £4 to use their car park. On arrival back to the UK the same thing applies another £4 charge, another wait for your car. Pretty awful compared to the normal Manchester meet and greet service.
Also more expensive than The normal Manchester Airport carpark meet and greet service

I was stuck at Gatwick airport and i was running late they came and pick my car on time . i will definitely recommend them and also put a word of mouth to friends and family

On dropping my car off at Manchester had to pay £4 extra, on collection, my car not ready after 30mins call made, took over two hours with number unavailable or answered with 'it'll be 20mins' . I suggest that the new Manchester airport charges and rules have made this company unviable for reliability, nice enough staff but don't expect to have your car back fast in our experience, for our part a dreadful end to a lovely holiday.

Very good service also very family friendly. i was stuck in traffic and arrived 3 hours later and the company was very understanding and told me not to worry. i recommend this service as it was very simple and very efficient

Excellent customer service. I will highly recommend them. On every occasion they have been efficient. My family and friends have used their service and they are happy as well.
